I don't bet soccer ever, I think the sport is boring and not fun to watch, manyin the world disagree and that's fine.
How often is this VAR reversed? How long does it take on average? Maybe the provider/casino needs to not pay out soccer bets for 3-5 days to avoid this type of situation? Obviously only avoid instant payout on games that could be changed due to this rule, but games that no chance of a reversal they could pay out immediately.

Seems like a flaw in the betting system. Whomever rules on this type of decision is well aware there are potentially millions of dollars at stake across all the books. Maybe they need to make a decision in a 24 hour window so books can pay accordingly.

I follow and i actually really like football. I'm not sure you're aware of what happened in this match. But i will explain it anyway for you or anyone who don't follow football and not aware.

Senegal actually won the match 1-0, on the pitch, on the 18th January, winning the Africa Cup of Nations title.
But 60 days later (march 17th), The Confederation of African Football ruled that Senegal is “declared to have forfeited the final” and its 1-0 win in extra time becomes a 3-0 default win for host nation Morocco.
The reason is because, on the 97th minute Senegal had a disallowed goal, and a minute later at 98th, Morocco was awarded a penalty kick.
And this is where shit hit the fan. Senegal players left the pitch, probably thinking the game was over, or i don't know exactly why. They eventually returned to the pitch, Morocco player ended missing the penalty, and Senegal went on to win the match in extra time.
So the decision to rule Morocco as the winner was because Senegal players left the pitch for 15 minutes, after Morocco was awarded a penalty kick at 98th minute.

OK, I basically has all of the contact I have [I'm that resourceful   ] and currently waiting for a nudge back. But, if you mind to enlighten me... why? I mean... well, I can't even begin with where should I start, and I need these details when I managed to get Thrill's contact to nudge me back.

Yes, Senegal left the field for 15 minutes before the penalty kick was taken. They then came back, Morocco missed penalty, and Senegal won in extra time. Either in protest with the referee's decision or they thought the match was lost. I don't know the reason why the left, but i am inclined to believe it was in protest to awarding a penalty kick to Morocco at the last minute of the match. Regular time ended 0-0, and Senegal won in extra time 1-0.

It was 59 days later, and officials ruled Morocco as the winner, BECAUSE, Senegal left the pitch for 15minutes before Morocco penalty kick was taken.

This was extremely controversial if you follow football, as you can imagine.
Worth noting that Senegal guaranteed they are going to appeal this decision, so, this is probably not over yet.
As far as i know, there are no news regarding the appeal.

Ummm.. Okay, thank you for your insight. I think I've now got a better understanding of this weird... match. I've dive into Thrill's ToS and immortalize any relevant clause regarding this matter [both opposing and in favor of the player] I'll wait for their nudge back and sit together with them to see if we can find a way out of this.
