Just in case anyone is against lawfare and frivolous lawsuits. This sort of legal harassment from foreign countries shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone on this site. Hopefully I’m able to set a strong precedent with this case for the benefit of us all.

Ibminer, I'm sorry that speaking out lead to threats against you as well.   Don't let bullies shut you up - there will be no frivolous countersuit - OgNasty lied under oath several times to support his weakened defense.  It is unlikely the court system will believe anything he writes anymore.     Court on June 18, unless OgNasty breaks down during my lawyer's pre trial questioning and settles.
