. When forum members see that their team are regularly engaging in discussions and providing answers to every concern raised here, it creates the confidence that they're truly paying attention to users and not just promoting their own services.
This is true, engagement in this thread shows commitment which they have done severally in this thread, and if you can look back into this thread, you will notice that they have been very active.
When someone should be responding to a question and he decided to stay mute, i see that as an answer, so you don't need to be worried about that if they decide not to respond to a question that they are being asked.
In cases most times not having an answer means a lot and whatever people conclude in their it can be possible to be true. The forum is place of discussion and whatever brand that comes with a service should be ready to be active to respond to questions from forum members because when their are no answers it is assumed that their may be interior motives that is why alll questions are beibg avoided. You dont expect people to take you serious when they are not seeing any seriousness.
