@alexchenn, it's unwise for you to just keep ignoring complaints. If you don't have enough time for you to see through the complaints and give an appropriate response then maybe you could get someone to help you with that or else the reputation of your service is at stake.
Some of the complaints come from the fact that you don't even both stating to the user what clause in the terms of service they breached. You lose nothing is you just tell a user that their accounts were closed because they breached clause X or Y of your terms. Please let the support communicate to those complaining in a better manner. Maybe the complaints will reduce.

I would like to share my experience with Lucky.fun (Good Luck Ltd) and ask the community for advice.
I registered an account with Lucky.fun and made two deposits using funds from my own exchange account:
• 130 USDT • 180 USDT
Total deposits: 310 USDT.
I completed the verification process requested by Lucky.fun. On 18 August 2026, my KYC verification was successfully completed, including identity verification and proof of residence.
On 19 August 2026, I logged into my account and discovered that it had been permanently closed.
At that time, there was approximately $576 remaining in my account balance.
I immediately contacted Lucky.fun and asked them to explain the reason for the closure and to return my remaining funds.
Lucky.fun replied that my account had been closed following a review because my activity allegedly violated their Terms & Conditions. However, they did not identify the specific provision that I had allegedly violated, did not provide any evidence of the alleged violation, and did not explain why my remaining balance was being withheld.
I subsequently submitted a formal complaint to Lucky.fun and asked them to provide:
1. The exact Terms & Conditions clause that I allegedly violated; 2. The factual basis for the decision to close my account; 3. The reason why my remaining $576 was being withheld; 4. The procedure available to me to challenge this decision.
I received a final response from Lucky.fun, but it again only stated that the account had been closed following a review and that the remaining funds would not be refunded.
No specific rule, evidence, or detailed explanation was provided.
The ADR issue
I also tried to escalate the matter through EGIS-ADR, an ADR provider listed among the approved dispute-resolution providers for Anjouan-licensed operators.
EGIS-ADR replied to me in writing that Good Luck Ltd / lucky.fun does not have a contractual ADR agreement with EGIS-ADR and therefore EGIS could not accept or investigate my complaint.
I have also contacted the Anjouan Gaming regulatory authority to clarify which approved ADR provider is actually contracted with Good Luck Ltd / lucky.fun and what official procedure is available to challenge the withholding of my funds.
Current situation
So, in short:
• Deposited: 310 USDT • KYC: successfully completed • Account: permanently closed • Remaining balance: approximately $576 • Withdrawal/refund: refused • Specific reason for withholding the balance: not provided • Specific Terms & Conditions clause: not provided • Evidence supporting the alleged violation: not provided • Operator’s final position: funds will not be refunded • EGIS-ADR: confirmed in writing that it has no contractual ADR agreement with Good Luck Ltd
I understand that a licensed operator may have the right to close an account in certain circumstances. My concern here is different: the operator has withheld my remaining balance while refusing to identify the specific rule allegedly breached or provide a meaningful explanation of the decision.
I am not asking anyone to automatically take my side. I would simply like to know whether this is considered normal practice, whether anyone has had a similar experience with Lucky.fun / Good Luck Ltd, and, most importantly, which official ADR provider actually has jurisdiction over disputes with this operator.
I can provide screenshots and correspondence confirming the KYC approval, deposits, account closure, Lucky.fun’s final response, and the response from EGIS-ADR.
My main objective is straightforward: to recover the $576 remaining balance and receive a clear explanation of the basis on which it was withheld.
Any useful information or experience with this operator would be appreciated.

I never received a response from a casino representative in this thread, which speaks volumes. As a result, my complaint ( https://contesthunters.com/disputes/26) was rejected by the casino without any clear justification. Additional information is also available in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5592040.msg67112577#msg67112577I want to warn everyone about playing at this casino. Your money can be written off at any time, and your account closed. They don't care about public opinion so much that one might conclude that this is a short-term project and a fraudulent plan to make a quick buck by any means necessary, and then, apparently, start a new project. Be smart, try not to fall into the same trap I did. Your account has been caught value betting, and i've responded regarding this matter with you multiple times already. This is not allowed according to our terms of service. And you will be banned for this on ANY sportsbook you play at. And to be clear for everyone in here: we would NEVER ban a real bettor when they start winning. You are clearly doing shady stuff which is against our T&Cs, and you got caught doing that. PS: I was very busy so unfortunately didn't get the time to open the forum again. But I will be more active from now, as a lot of exciting stuff is coming to lucky which I can't wait to share with y'all!

Similar case here. Our team caught you arbitrage betting, and this is clearly against terms of service. We welcome real bettors with open arms, but if you use shady tactics, you will get banned.

You never told me that the reason for the ban was value betting. You stated (or perhaps it was someone else from support) that the decision to block the account was made after reviewing my betting activity—Without any evidence or specific explanations. Secondly, please don't speak about things you don't understand. You are trying to cover up your own fraudulent behavior by claiming that any bookmaker would do the exact same thing. Who would do that? Pinnacle? What are you even talking about? Even a decent crypto casino would simply lower the betting limits and pay out the full winnings if they decided they no longer wanted to accept bets from a particular client. That is how things work at any bookmaker that isn't running a scam. Do you define a "normal" player solely as someone who consistently loses money in the long run?

My main objective is straightforward: to recover the $576 remaining balance and receive a clear explanation of the basis on which it was withheld.
Any useful information or experience with this operator would be appreciated.
Similar case here. Our team caught you arbitrage betting, and this is clearly against terms of service. We welcome real bettors with open arms, but if you use shady tactics, you will get banned. Thank you for finally giving a specific reason publicly. This is the first time Lucky.fun has told me that the alleged reason for the closure was “arbitrage betting.” Until now, your support only referred to a general breach of the Terms and refused to provide a specific reason. However, saying that “our team caught you” does not answer the main issue. I am not disputing that Lucky.fun may restrict or close an account if it believes its Sports Betting Rules were violated. The issue is the withholding of my entire remaining balance of approximately $576. If you are relying on the arbitrage betting provision in your Sports Betting Rules, then please answer the following clearly: Which specific bets do you claim were arbitrage bets? What evidence or criteria did your risk team use to classify those bets as arbitrage? Which exact clause in your Terms or Sports Betting Rules authorizes Lucky.fun to keep the entire remaining account balance of approximately $576 because of this alleged violation? If only certain bets were considered prohibited, please provide the calculation showing how those bets resulted in the forfeiture of the entire $576 balance. Why was “arbitrage betting” never stated in the final response to my formal complaint, and only disclosed now after I posted the case publicly? A general accusation is not the same as providing the contractual basis and evidence for confiscating a player's balance. There is also a serious contradiction with what you personally told the Bitcointalk community when Lucky.fun was launched. On April 30, 2026, in post #18 of your own announcement thread, you wrote: “If we accept your bet, we pay you. Simple as that. No ‘advantage play’ excuses…”You also said that one of the biggest problems in the industry was casinos banning or limiting players and refusing to pay after they started winning. Now Lucky.fun accepted my bets, completed my KYC, closed my account, kept approximately $576, and your public explanation is that your team detected a prohibited betting strategy. So I am asking you for something very simple: Show the specific bets, the evidence, the exact contractual clause that permits Lucky.fun to keep the entire $576 balance, and the calculation explaining why the whole balance was forfeited. If Lucky.fun believes its decision is fully justified, there should be no problem providing those details. And if you are not willing to resolve the matter directly, please also identify which approved ADR provider Good Luck Ltd / Lucky.fun is contractually registered with, so that I can submit the dispute for independent review. EGIS-ADR has already confirmed to me in writing that it has no ADR agreement with Good Luck Ltd. I am happy for this case to be judged on documented facts and evidence.

saw the controversy going on so thought might add this too. around june i stumbled upon lucky.fun and was pentesting it and found a valid rate-limit bypass affecting the email verification endpoint. i asked live support where to report bugs and if they give bounty for valid bugs. she told me to go to their discord and make a ticket there so i did. the support guy was braelo, he asked me to dm him the poc and the bug so i did. then i waited around 1.5 months. i asked sometimes for a bump/update and would usually just get "still no update". at some point i went to check the api myself to see if it was still not fixed and it was already patched. i went back to braelo and he said lemme ask the team regarding the bounty. after another 2 weeks or smth i was told they won't pay for this bug. honestly really disappointing, they made me wait all that time for a valid bug and in the end didn't even pay for it. even a simple thank you would've been enough tbh. i didn't really wanna write this but recently saw another post on X about a bad experience when reporting a bug to them. not sure about that one tho, i'm just saying what happened in my case. but yea based on my experience i wouldn't really recommend spending your time reporting bugs here. i don't have the whole chat transcript since the discord ticket was closed and i couldn't view it anymore, but i found 2 ss from it. redacted my username for privacy. https://ibb.co/6Jtzpr40https://ibb.co/3VHrS5Mthe guy on X who made me share my experience too: https://x.com/exxoticxH1/status/2033305839671406889?s=20

... Sorry to hear about your bad experience. But, to be honest, you should have checked if they had a bug bounty program first before wasting your time pentesting their site. On the other hand, since they asked for a POC when you contacted them and used your findings to issue a patch for the bug, then they should have given you a reward, even if it’s a small amount, as a gesture of appreciation and gratitude.

I have reported bugs in casinos in this industry so yeah, it's already what I expected things to go like this I did ask the support live chat, about the bounty program and she directed me to Discord to ask. They straight up asked for a PoC. I did ask them if they had a bounty program or something but I don't know what they said and I ain't got the full transcript of the ticket so yeah. I said this after looking at some other cases and not just one post which was right before I posted in this thread. It appears he takes a while to log into the forum which is why i suggested he gets someone to assist him when it comes to complaints around the forums. But it's good to see that he has responded to a couple of them raised in this thread. At least this gives some bit of clarity on who could be right or wrong.

They simply redirected you to report the issue you have encountered to their Discord channel and provide all the information you have about the bug. I think you should have clarify first wherher they reward users for reporting a bug before you start creating a ticket for the discovered bug. But yes, it's valid why you feel disappointed. The issue has already been patched while your ticket status is still pending. They already took action to fix the bug without even giving you an update. As one of their user that took time to report the issue, they should at least acknowledge your effort.

I think you should have clarify first wherher they reward users for reporting a bug before you start creating a ticket for the discovered bug.
People who have ability to find bugs actually know that with such very sensitive things, they must contact and report in PMs, not in public chat or post. No company will feel happy if such sensitive things are posted publicly because there is possible risk of taking advantage of information reported for doing attacks against their business. If you are a white hat hacker and found something, report it in email or specific channels for bug reports or bug bounties. But yes, it's valid why you feel disappointed. The issue has already been patched while your ticket status is still pending. They already took action to fix the bug without even giving you an update. I understand that disappointment but it depends on available policy on a casino. Like there is an existing bug bounty and bug treasury for reporters and they actually have that. I chat with support without account login, the answer is like this. Yes, we do have Bug Bounty Program. To assist you further, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via Discord and open a ticket so our team can review your query in detail. Please use the following link to join: https://discord.gg/luckyfunOnce you have joined, kindly create a ticket, and our team will assist you accordingly. If the team took action, fixed the bug and made it like there is no such a bug on the site with purpose of refusal to pay bug bounty for a reporter, it's very unacceptable action. But if it's only a story told by one side, the user, the reporter, it's hard to know the truth.

I would like to share my experience with Lucky.fun (Good Luck Ltd) and ask the community for advice.
I registered an account with Lucky.fun and made two deposits using funds from my own exchange account:
Any useful information or experience with this operator would be appreciated.
Similar case here. Our team caught you arbitrage betting, and this is clearly against terms of service. We welcome real bettors with open arms, but if you use shady tactics, you will get banned. Thats a really nice argument and i am not surprised they havent responded These guys will say anything publicy for promotion and when it comes out to payout winners they hide behind vague wordings and clauses @alexchenn its time to back your own words and pay the bets you accepted
