I have an S21 (standard) which was working fully on 3 hashboards, then overnight it stops hashing and now displays 0 ASICS on all 3 hashboards. I assumed at first it is one faulty hashboard, and due to Bitmain firmware only working with 3 hashboards, I remotely installed Vnish firmware however Vnish firmware also reports 0 ASICS on all 3 boards.
I don't accept that all 3 hashboards have failed simultaneously, therefore I am wondering if there are any known issues with S21 series which will cause this (for example a PSU fault or control board fault)?
You clearly rushed the process; there could be many reasons for this.
Usually, the first step is to check the hardware logs. If the problem isn't with the contacts or something else trivial, then the ASIC needs to be diagnosed using hardware. There are board testers that test each board separately. A pack checks the control board's checkpoints.
my t21s suck bigly I think I have 7 or 8 of 12 boards failed.
On these ASICs, it is recommended to change the thermal paste immediately after purchase.
