The main thing here is one controlling and feeling angry. Another thing is when someone threshold has reached and cannot take it any longer. Those type of people can control themselves but it has limit. You can feel angry and not express it. Some feel angry and immediately act on it. That's where the problem is. When that becomes a norms, then it's a serious issue.

Well I feel, people who actually hold back their anger are the most deadly when it comes to reaction because they actually endure a lot and when they have had it to the brim they don’t know how and when they react even to the extent that they don’t consider what their actions may do to the next person.

I would agree with the prior reason being the transfer of aggression because of the accumulated pains. I think I had a fare share of drama today because of uncontrollable anger, a lady kept shouting at me after everyone had pleading for her just because I sat down at her seat she, kept on yapping and insulting even after I left the seat. Critically looking at it, the only reason is due to accumulated frustration. As humans, we should always try to control our anger because it can lead to far dangerous things and actions we cannot control.

it might be as a result of environmental factors such as being raised in a hostile environment where your parents tempers usually flare over trivial matters, as you grow older, you are more likely to respond to life's problems with anger...
While i agree with this partly, i still think that we have the ability to control our temperament and the things we allow others see about us when we are flared up. Anger is not an unusual thing but within us lies the strength and ability to overcome it if we can tame certain aspect of us. you hold back your anger not because you can not get angry but because anger only leads to disaster. a man that is capable of taming is thong and anger has a great rule over his body.

Anger is a vice that is found in every human being angry is good but letting it consume your decision is what make it threatening to the society. People are angry because the government or the institution has triggered the dopamine of anger in people by not performing their duty or abandoning the belief of the citizens. When it has hit a particular low anger is always what the people use to gain their survival back. Therefore it a common thing that people are going to be angry in one way or the other.

I think everyone has a bit of anger issues, but some of us knows how to control it, while some can't control their anger level, anger can be inherited from your parents, and such anger is sometimes uncontrollable, anger often serves as a protective shield that helps us cover up vulnerable feelings like shame, grief, rejection, criticizing.
