The good part about this Chinese policy is that African countries now have the chance of accessing the Chinese market. China has one of the biggest markets in the world, so smart African countries can create products and services that could be in high demand in China. Some African countries now know who their true friends are, so the propaganda against China is failing.
Chinese always they steadily focus on their growth or production or prefer to extend their relationship with other nations. China keep itself away from war or terror. Because they know it just create disturbance in both side economies. Whereas try to introduce such policies that encourage the investors or strengthening their economy.
