Yes. Casino don't like winners.
Same happens in game "Blackjack". They can determined you, are you advantage player or not. Take a looks in internet/youtube, player like these they're not gambling but playing with strategy for winning.
They control bet size they're doing, at the time the bet are in their favour. They will increase the bets, and that's why casino will often refuse or back down these kind of player and refuse them to play on their casino.
It is true casinos do not like to have lucky gamblers when comes to casino games like blackjack, dices and other games in which it is gamblers against the house, though it is quite different when we talk about betting in sports, because in those cases it is bettors against other bettors, in that case, the casino will always profit from the volume of bets, regardless of the choices of bettors on those matches. Also, I have seen some those Youtube videos you mention, it is quite remarkable how the casino is so fast to point out those advantage gamblers and ask them to take their chips and withdraw themselves from the gambling floor. There are entire Youtube gambling channels which are dedicated to get money off blackjack, though, it is a system which takes a minimum of practice and being willing to get banned from one's local casinos, because that is going to inevitably happen to one, if one becomes an advantage gambler. Indeed, the sport betting business model is far more secure to those providing the service since they do not make profit based on the outcome of the match but rather the amount of the bet. Meanwhile, on a brick and mortar gambling floor, each benefit a player receive directly gets tracked by advanced sensors and surveillance cameras. The thing is that the strategies that can be taught on the social networks sometimes do not take into consideration the great danger of being rudely forced off the casino floor. Make sure that you comprehend that the betting houses will always safeguard their financial gains in many legal ways.

Just wanna share my thoughts after reading some post from different websites, ( forums).. about sharp bettors. So my question goes is like this... Are gamblers who get limited by sportsbooks really “sharp bettors”?
what I understand is these are players who consistently make profit, and that’s why bookies don’t like them and eventually limit their accounts. But I’m not sure how true this is, sometimes I also see claims from bettors saying they got limited just because they were winning but at the same time, there are also people who try to abuse promos, multi-account, or use unfair methods, then blame the sportsbook after getting restricted.
So honestly I’m a bit confused on this. Do sportsbooks really limit players just for being profitable, or is this just something some bettors say to protect their image after getting caught doing something against the rules?
For those who have experience with this, especially in crypto sportsbooks, what actually triggers limits? Is it really consistent profit, or more on betting patterns and behavior?
First, I don't think if there's anyone who is making consistent profit from gambling that is why if casinos discovered that you're making consistent profit from them they will either get your account restricted or ban because it's quite questionable for a gambler to be making consistent profit from gambling when the game is program in a way that only the house will have more wining than bettors, of course if bettors is making more profit from gambling you will be ban or better still they could call for a one on one meeting with you to see if the wining is just by luck or maybe something is involved.

Sporsbetting is partly based on skills that makes it different to casino games that rely solely on luck. A player can possibly become profitable on sports betting with less luck reliant if he has a good sports analysis. The main reason why bookie mostly limit sharp bettors is they keep hunting an offer that has mistake on odds placement so they are getting higher return to the standard payout set by the casino hence their but sometimes doesn’t have a house edge already. Casino hates winning player if they are using a method that can possibly repeat it consistently.

In my opinion, this whole "professional gambler" thing doesn't exist. What we see are people who, at some point, won a lot of money betting, but then lost a lot or stopped betting altogether. Currently, we've seen cases of people engaging in arbitrage, and betting sites prohibit this type of behavior, which is why they ban the player. I don't believe they're banning people who win consistently without engaging in arbitrage. This also applies to limited accounts; it has to do with people who engage in arbitrage and place large sums of money on each bet, and the betting site doesn't take long to catch these people and limit the amount they can bet.

Do you know that fixed matches are real? So of course people could be cheating and the casino might notice the pattern, some people only gamble when they have insider information and a bet that has been reported to be fixed or anything close could lead the casino to watch everyone who won the match then after that they can even at the end limit any account that is found to only gamble when their is this kind of compromise but for natural wins I’ve not seen either. Its definitely not easy to get consistent when naturally.

Do you know that fixed matches are real?
Although it’s real, it does not happen all the time, and those fixed games probably happen more in smaller or less popular leagues. Even without any fixing, the limits are usually low in those kinds of leagues anyway. Let’s talk about the major leagues in general, where fixing is not really the issue. If a gambler is simply that good and manages to profit consistently over the long run, then getting limited is probably normal. But even then, there are still other casinos or bookies they can use to still gamble the amount they want.

Well... it includes the scenarios you mentioned, though it's more about those who try to cheat in some way, sometimes resorting to certain gray areas based on mathematical skills.
Then, if a player is a consistent winner while playing fairly, the casino—far from blocking their accounts—actually incentivizes them to keep playing, that's why VIP levels, etc, so if you're winning more, they reward you.
You mention crypto casinos, but basically, this is something that has always existed. I find that aspect fascinating, and when I started out, I read several stories of players who were banned. One of them is Ken Uston; anyone can Google his name and discover a fascinating story about how he was banned from many casinos.
But that's a very old story from the '70s and '80s. There are more recent examples, like Mikki Mase, who was pampered by casinos. They gave him limousines and even private planes, and he kept winning consistently. In the end, they banned him, claiming he was counting cards—something they can obviously only assume, not prove.
In any case, when an individual does it, it's not prohibited, but since casinos have the option to ban players, they apply it as they see fit.
It's said that he managed to win $15 million while he was allowed to. Currently, he's a poker player, albeit a controversial one—a very different type from the typical card-counting geniuses. Anyway, those skills can be extrapolated to any account at an online casino.

For me limiting a player when he is winning too much, is like the site saying, we will be on bigger profit if we don’t allow this player to bet anymore here. Most sites use specific sport providers that track data and everything and they make the decision, not the site itself.
Even if the decision is made by the site or the third party, it still doesn't explain a good reason to limit someone who is just winning based on his high level or prediction skill. As long as the person is not cheating, then it's very unfair for the casino to limit the person from playing. Just as they allow those who are losing in numbers on a daily basis to make deposits, they should also allow someone who managed to be winning to continue playing; that one person won't bankrupt them.

It's something I've heard about but I've never experienced it personally as I'm not a "sharp bettor" yet But I know a couple of successful bettors that still get at their primary bookmarkers. I think some give back a part of their winnings over tike as the continue gambling and the bookmarkers already have hundreds of unprofitable gamblers to worry themselves too much about a few sharp bettors that are actually profitable. I might be wrong but what do I know?

Maybe some of them are sharp bettors, but not all limited accounts suddenly count as a sharp. One of the sportsbooks I used to play at took away my promo eligibility at some point, while I kept losing money to them.
Aside from the sharps, you have the lucky winners. I recall reading one of the stories here where he got limited due to winning a big parlay. This is why you don't stick to one sportsbook, and sometimes the others go the extra mile by playing on betting exchanges so they avoid getting limited.

If I remember correctly, I think I have come across two thread on this forum that the OPs complained of being limited by the bookie they were using and the reason for such limit was because they staked with a huge amount a few times in a day and won all those bets and the reward was huge.
You know that there are players that can stake with $50k or more (depending on the book's Max limit), if such player has bet on 4 different tickets with huge amount and all bets won, and they did another bet for same number of tickets and still win, the bookie can just decide to reduce the limit of that lucky player. That's why some players get limited.
The purpose while casino exist is to make money and create chances for players to make money. When one player starts a winning streak, he is seen as someone who can limit the profit the bookie will make in a day. To avoid restriction in the platform, a player who has been wining big amount in a casino can stop betting in that casino. Transfer the bankroll to a different casino to avoid a limit. The process should be done repeatedly using different casinos to avoid permanent restrictions. I have also come across complaints from gamblers about permanent restriction by the bookie due to massive cashout. Meaning some sportsbooks go to the extent of restricting a bettor from using their platform.

Don't get fooled. bookmakers make money from gamblers and mostly (around 95% could if not literally all) in the long term could just lose money. Literally. This is the truth if you take a "longer time as point of observation"... the only real limits they could add = limit max bet. paying late win (reduce amount of cash). If a player has still interest to play certain markets/make more deposits for them is a red flag... "why this gambler feel so secure to gamble" ? Yes there is a reason normally and no one would let them unaddressing the issue. Don't believe to the legend "they have been banned". There are always options for bettors that allow to cover even large bets. The only problem for these markets could be a "natural limit" on the size of bets that could be accepted.

I've read that when someone is limited, it's usually because the bettor wins frequently but on smaller events, for example, in sports that aren't as well-known as football, tennis, or basketball, but because they bet large amounts, the profits are big and often. Bookmakers usually see this as suspicious and then limited the account. I've never been get limited because my biggest win was only around $400, and rare, mostly just small profits.

We don't know the reason they get limited by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks have their reason and don't need to tells to gamblers. They just don't want to see that bettors wins many times and much money so they limited bettors.
Maybe that is because they wins many times and consistently but that is difficult to win consistently. You can ask to sportsbook the reason so you know one or more reasons why sportsbook limited bettors.

I don't think that it is fair for a casino to limit it's bettors because they are winning consistently but if it's a practice among the reputable casinos then we have to accept it as one of those unfair advantages that they have over their bettors. It shows that they are more interested about our loses because if they credit winners there are losers that will compensate those loses yet they want fewer wins so they will be making excessive profit. If we cannot change casino rules that is if it's their general practice then we should bet smartly by using amounts that we are comfortable to part with.

For those who have experience with this, especially in crypto sportsbooks, what actually triggers limits? Is it really consistent profit, or more on betting patterns and behavior?
For me, I think betting patterns, behaviour which usually is against the rule of the casino can only attract restrictions, not limitation. What I mean by this is that when a gambler is found to be cheating the casino, or betting in a style which the casino formerly forbids totally, such action can only lead to one thing, and that is restriction of the account involved and in worst case scenario, it can be an outright ban depending on the gravity of the offence. But for winninng too much, casino usually limit accounts, this is something I myself have seen happen to a close person I know, the guy it really good when it comes to sports betting, I would say that he is mostly very lucky because he somehow always knows how to place a bet to win it, so at a point, for a whole two weeks straight, he was winning consistently with very minimal number of loses, and by the third week, he was limited in that particular sports, that is table tennis, because this is the only sports game be focused on, the casino had to limit his bettings on table tennis alone but he wasn't limited on other sports games like football and the rest.

I'm one of those who plays small amounts and often, I have consistent playability, what do I mean by that? I play on different platforms and several small games, I actually win often (even on minor games) but the wins I get are not life-changing, they are just wins that allow me to continue playing. Basically I keep playing without loading the account for a long time, I am not a betting professional and I do not consider myself a connoisseur, I often and willingly place bets based on my intuition. I've never had any limitations, so I couldn't actually answer your question.

This confusion arises because all bookmakers are different, but in our eyes, they form a single mass, and we try to give them all a general assessment, mixing black and white, ultimately arriving at a gray area. However, each bookmaker and casino should be considered individually and not based on ratings from online rating sites, as reviews there are often easily bought. Instead, we should look at independent platforms from independent reviewers, preferably those with years of gambling experience. An excellent place for reviews is our forum, where you can honestly read all the reviews. And of course, we should blame those dishonest players who abuse promotions because they are being punished by online casinos for their own good.

Take for example, a player creates an account on a casino, deposited like $1000, and then gambles and accumulated $20,000 and immediately hit to withdraw almost all the profits, this step could trigger suspicious behaviour and limit could be placed on that player going forward, sometimes it still ball down to players being smart but not all the time any the case will be about smartness Sometimes it's attempt abuse of the casino so limit become a control of the gambler's behaviour.

In any case, there are plenty of things that experienced players abuse, knowing they won't be harmed. They can buy accounts with a history of losses, do other things to further their own interests, use bonuses to maximize their profits, and so on. Of course, gambling platforms will protect their interests to prevent this from causing significant financial damage to their businesses. After all, if there are too many experienced players who use any trick to win more, the business could collapse, and no one wants to close down. Players want to win more, and gambling platforms want to make more money; everyone is interested in their own interests.
