Gambling regulation in Canada

I am going to travel finally to Canada, I know many people would say that this is the last thing someone should ask about etc… that song is not important to me, I have taken care of what I could with my partner, so it’s a simple question for Canadian people.

Preferably, someone from Canada can explain to me if there are any regulations about gambling online with crypto platforms, is there any risks involved if I get caught, is it possible that the government can track my activity…

Finally, if anyone from there is gambling, is there a good platform to use specifically for Canadian players, due to regional banned games.

There are so many casinos that aren't restricted in Canada but I don't know if they are taxing gamblers over there for their wins.
If there is nothing like gambling taxation there, op can use stake or any other casinos that are not restricted there to gamble freely.

I think you are very correct with this statement well right i feel that gambling laws in Canada depend on whether the casino is licensed/regulated in the province you’re in. Well it still depends on the region where the person is or if only the casino are not having  license for the casino that could still be a problem for them….

Well from my own perspective it’s thing in Canada which gambling platforms do have their own legal online gambling platforms where this type of this are usually discussed over there…

Like I think for the gambling industry stake from what a read they don’t have any legal Canada federal license of the country and it a reg tag already….
