I agree with you, it is a very good decision to choose a casino through our own research responsibly, as a result we cannot blame anyone else. Limits on what OP, sports betting? If yes then this should be normal. Also it is normal for many casino to experience a delay in their withdrawals, especially if it is a crypto casino. So you only have to be patient for this one. As long as they still pay, no matter how long the delay was, then it is surely legit. So, for sure you won't say now that it only boils down to luck on finding a decent casino, although some knowledge and skill can matter, to find those truly exceptional.

And what do you mean by play games with withdrawals? This sounds like wagering too though but this one is normal too. Well, that is for playing it safe but if it comes to the point that the person is asking me of a gambling site to recommend, I would definitely recommend the site that I had been playing for years and have never experience ay issue.  Rather than keeping silent and making my friend look for gambling casinos blindly, it is much better to share the platform that we believe is legit and have been playing with for years.  Of course we should also tell them the risk since we have no control on the platform, just to be on the safe side.

I don't know the type of site you are using, but there are decent site people have been using to deposit and play and also withdrawal. Just know that withdrawal takes little time in Crypto casino because transaction may be delayed by mempool since there are dozens of transaction that take place everyday, so if your withdrawal takes a little time then it should be from mempool confirmation problem and not the casino itself. At first I was panicking as a result of such kind of situation of withdrawal with one casino I am using but later I discovered is a general thing in Crypto casino, but however that doesn't make it scam.
