Moving odds, do you play with it?

In my case, I would call it the "unlucky button" rather than the "magic button." On the occasions when I forgot to place a bet before the game and therefore had to bet during the game, I spent minutes struggling to place the bet because the odds kept changing. When I finally switched to this option, the bet was accepted, but at the end of the game I lost my bet. And these were cases where the favorite team was winning, by one goal and hadn't conceded, had more possession, more shots on goal, and my bad luck was that precisely in the 90+ minute they conceded a goal and I lost my bet. So many times this happened to me that I don't consider this option magical, but rather unlucky.

So, I a hunch on a horse on the featured race at Chester, I decided to take my time, the phone rang and the race started while I still hadn't placed my bet, and the odds kept changing and the system refused to take my bet, the horse went from 2, 2.5, 2.75, 3...I got angry and said fuck you,  then the next second, what the hell, and I clicked accept all odds, the bet went through at 4x 

This is one of the beauties of gambling, sometimes just out of no where, what seems or seemed like a very stupid mistake could turn out to favor us in way we never imagined, and it leaves us wondering how did it happen, and you are like "if I can be making this type of mistake each and every day, I did be very happy 😂" like you even knew when the mistake was made.

Not that it covers my losses from the two CL games, but still, unexpected bonus!

I do not know about you but someone like myself don't gamble with any expectations of getting back what I already lost, when I lose money, I forget it immediately and this is why every win feels fresh and worth celebrating.

So, do you ever use the magic button?

I have never tried using this button before, but thanks for this post, we learn something new every day and I've learnt this one today, I will give this button a try when next i am on live betting game.

Let's return to the discussion of odds. I personally don't bet anywhere if my initial choice then the odds increase, except in one condition in football. In that situation, when big teams are behind in the early minutes of the match & initially the big team has 2.00 in odds, it changes to 2.25 or 2.50, I still dare to bet on that big team with the belief that they will turn the match around.

I do play with moving odds as well, especially if I am too sure of my bet and I just cannot let it pass.

Sometimes I take the lower odds, sometimes I wait and take the higher one. But in your case, it was unexpected, so maybe you were just lucky there. That kind of timing does not happen all the time.

Sometimes it also makes you pissed when you were not able to get the right odds or the right timing when you placed your bet. That is why moving odds can be tricky. It can help you sometimes, but it can also make you regret your decision if the line moves against you.

This is tough and very risky. Most of the games that have moving odds are long races, like horse racing. I've tried this before on a local online casino application here in our country, and I can say I wasted a lot of money doing it. Taking the options to pick the newly created odds or chasing that high multiplier just so you could profit more. If you get addicted to it, it can become a very expensive type of gambling.

It was horse racing when I did it. Adding the prediction on what horse number will get the 2nd place while it's midway through the race. The losing chance grows when you take it. Maybe some gamblers do not even consider that fact because the odds are appealing.

I more often place bets before the match, so I do not use that feature. Because most of the Odds changes occur in live betting, which can be very frustrating when bets cannot be placed due to the system updating the Odds. 
On some occasions in live betting, it can help us get better Odds, but sometimes the Odds also become lower.

Happened to me before too, I was able to get higher odds than what I was supposed to get because the line was moving. But yours is quite bigger since it was around x4. I’m not sure what odds you were originally looking for, but probably around 2.00 more or less, so getting x4 is already a blessing.

On the other hand, if that bet had lost, you would not be happy either because you already know that x4 usually means they are already behind or have a lower chance of winning. So it is lucky when it hits, but it can also be stressful while watching it.

I always leave this button enabled to accept any odds changes, because sometimes I bet live and it’s annoying to have to keep trying over and over again with the odds changes
And most of the time the odds change only slightly, 0.05 at a time

- 13 runners, favorite 4 , winner 9
- 7 runners, favorite 2.25 , winner 3.5

The reason why the odd was changing was because it's a live bet, this normally happens after booking a game but haven't placed it yet meanwhile either one or few of the games has started already. And if your selected team is winning the odds reduce but if they are losing the odds will increase, and that's how it works. I don't normally bet on live games, but if I do I won't bother to take them if the odd is very big as my chances of will will be lower.

I had similar experiences, those moving odd are funny , I was trying to book a game the next thing I saw is odd changing from the initial, it was increasing and some of the games was suspended, I was worried what was going on , from increasing odd to suspended games meanwhile the games hasn’t started self , but what I normally do if the odd moves so high than what I expect I remove the games , because some odd can move from 2.5, to 5, immediately I began to think the possibility of the winning, so it’s just a normal thing in some betting site.

Definetely this is an interesting field for gambling on sports bet but I haven't see nothing valid for bitcoin due lack of market volume.

You will have an adrenaline rush betting like this. So if you want a very thrilling game, then do this. But for me, I don't want to subject myself in this kind of bet. I can't keep up with this so I just bet in a traditional way like single bet. But if you want a very exciting game, this is one way to do it. Definitely, you should know the sports well so you know what you're doing here.

I don't use the option to accept any odds changes but if there is a separate tick to only accept higher odds during live betting, I will usually use that. If not, I prefer to manually check and verify if the odds have changed before confirming my bets.

Nice win. Horse racing is one of those sports I have never bet on. I have absolutely no knowledge about anything related to horse racing and since I can only make decisions based on the odds I see, I prefer to stay away from it.

I often place bets in advance to carefully analyze which team will play better, compare bets, and consider whether the odds for a given match are good. But if the odds change quickly, I simply won't have time to figure out how to exploit this to my advantage, because I think bookmakers place bets with a reserve to minimize risk.

I like placing live bets on football matches that I watch directly on TV. Not for the money, for the adrenaline rush. Sometimes I chase first half/second half goals. I watch the match on TV to see if there's domination or dangerous attacks happening, then I place a bet.

Anyone here doing the same thing? For example, there's a set piece, and you rush to pick a bet related to it.
