Having a large youth population can be a bit scary or useful in can be a burden depending on how it is managed. Large number of youth is not going to create economics strength but it depends on how a country convert that number of population in to productive capital.
A government should have a proper planning on how to get benefit from such a large number of youth population. They should invest in their education in their training and create job opportunities and growth opportunities for them so that they can be beneficial but we have seen in certain countries that if the government is not doing anything for their young generation then then stood against them and have ended their government,  a government should have proper structure to guideline their youth because the youth is one of the biggest economic asset a country can have.
