In addition, such previous model already considered as "Legacy products" on Trezor website. Usually there's no good reason to buy those over Safe 3, 5 or 7.
You wouldn't be able to buy them from the official website even if you wanted to. They no longer sell them there. I am pretty sure they are still being sold by resellers, though.

To initialize my Tangem cards I used one of the child SEEDs generated on my Passport Core from its master SEED according to BIP‑85 standard that Passport Core supports.
I didn't even know how many hardware wallet manufacturers support BIP-85 until recently. The list is decent. Brands like Coldcard, Jade, Bitbox, Seedsigner, Krux, and probably others support child seeds. Trezor unfortunately doesn't.

I just follow standard safety prescriptions, like dedicated phone for crypto, no APKs, only wallet or crypto‑card apps from Play Store, all Accessibility stuff turned off, plus a few other standard Android security tweaks.

Your general security practices are all effective. However, they are only really possible for those who can dedicate a separate phone solely for wallet usage. But overall, your general security approach is truly excellent.

Nope. To initialize my Tangem cards I used one of the child SEEDs generated on my Passport Core from its master SEED according to BIP‑85 standard that Passport Core supports.

Which is safer? Bluetooth wallets (Ledger) or completely offline QR-code wallets (SafePal)?
Open source (Trezor) vs closed source (Ledger) which do you think is more acceptable when it comes to security?
I would eliminate almost all hardware wallets from your list, since they are closed source and have a bunch of issues.
Trezor Safe 5 is solid option and it's going to receive updates probably for more than a decade, unlike all other devices from your post.
Best option for me would be open source airgapped device but Trezor didn't create anything similar so far.
