I cannot answer your question about exact betting times since my account is closed. All I have is the screenshots of the bets but it does not show a placing time, only the time of the match.
That's unfortunate. That information might have helped us to figure out how you made those live bets, when, and where there any (significant) odds changes around that time on other sportsbooks.
At this point I am 99% sure what the issue is here: the way I bet is to have always my 3 sportsbooks open when watching the games (now 2 since Bets.io is gone for me) and then when I like a bet, I compare the odds between them and place my bet on the highest of the 3. I'm sure many people do this. The result of this is, that I always have some slightly above market average odds then, cause otherwise they cannot be the higest of those 3 bookies. But it's not a massive difference, mostly just 2.15 when the others have 2.10 etc.
This is most likely what Bets.io mean with "prohibited strategies to have an unfair advantage", but it's totally exaggerated to confiscate the winnings and deposit for this reason.
I don't think that's it, nor is that a prohibited strategy. Bets.io can't possibly know what other tabs you have open in your browser and how many of those tabs are other online casinos where you are checking the odds. It makes sense to bet where the odds are higher. There is nothing wrong with that.
I have contacted the odds provider of Bets.io (Softswiss, which I found out thanks to the topic on Bitcointalk about odds providers per sportsbook) and they said they would come back to me but I'm waiting already a week. So I'm losing my hopes there. But if we are able to contact them I am 100% sure they will confirm that nothing was wrong with my bets.
What information did they ask from you to check your bets? Can they do it from the bet IDs alone?
I found it weird that you said that Bets.io doesn't have a proper betting history and you can't see the time you placed your bets. So, I contacted their customer support and asked if such betting history is visible in player accounts. They claim it is. The game history shows the time when bets were submitted up to the minute. Unfortunately, it's not up to the second. Did you not check the betting history of your account?
The agent also told me that it's possible to contact their support and give them the bet IDs, and they will check the exact time to the second. Perhaps that's something you can do?

SoftSwiss didn't ask for any details. All they said is "we have forwarded your query to the sportsbook department and they will contact you shortly" and then never came back to me. Sad but true, I don't expect much from that anymore.
I agree with you that for sure Bets.io cannot see that I have some other tabs with other sportsbooks open while doing my livebetting. And even if they did, there is nothing wrong with that indeed. So this is not the problem for sure. But I do think the simple fact that the odds I bet were just a few percent higher than average market is exactly what they mean with "prohibited strategies". Some others call it value betting. But I think it's unfair to judge a user over a sample of just 4 bets, and not even on some unknown sport, and then to confiscate not even winnings but also deposit. After already harrassing me with rediculous KYC measures and taking up about 5 hours of my time in total. Because I am not doing pure value betting, I just take the highest odds between my 3 bookies which is what many many people do. If they wanted to accuse me of value betting they would need a sample of at least 50 bets to determine, I would say.
I would love to prove to them that my odds were not outrageous by comparing them to historical live odds from other bookies. But as I said, my account is closed and I cannot see anything in my account. I have to work with only the few screenshots I made and those are already posted in this thread and do not have a real time stamp on it. If there is maybe a real time stamp to be found somewhere else in the account history, then I cannot access it anymore.
I will now email them to ask for it, but I fear they are going to either say "your account is closed and we cannot see it anymore" or simply ignore my request altogether.
Edit: just asked in livechat if I can get those details, but they said I should email. So I emailed my VIP manager and we will see if they are man enough to give me those bet placement times at least.
