I realized early that I was addicted yet I kept intermittent gambling and gambled occasionally here and there which resulted in losing of money. I think though that to reduce the amount of losses there is only one way to achieve it and for the last two weeks I have been able to do it correctly, I keep withdrawing money to my bank account which I only can withdraw through ATM and not be able to buy things online so I cannot buy Bitcoin to gamble back or to directly gamble with FIAT money. So far so good in these two weeks, I still have the urge to gamble yet I go to providers websites and keep gambling there 1 hour, 2 hours or sometimes even many hours until I feel nothing, this has allowed me to step away from gambling, I hope to keep it up until as long as I can though I know it is very difficult.

In as much gambling can be addictive we can't be generalizing it for everybody that they will eventually get addicted. Which is point blank wrong. Every human is different and think differently. What you think will make me addicted might be something that will make me be in control. We have come to the conclusion that if we bet everytime, we might become addicted to it. But mind you, humans are not built the same way.

I don't think spending too much time gambling leads to addiction. It's like you saying me spending too much time in my business has lead to addiction. Every human like I said is built differently.
