Fellow newbies, stop trying to learn Bitcoin all at ones.

Many newbies like myself struggles in the learning of Bitcoin and from my newbie experience it is cause we want to learn all about bitcoin at ones  we want to learn the technical field of it and the same time with the non-technical field at ones.

You have to choose to learn one field at a time in a step by step learning pattern and you must be patient not to rush it, cause going too fast all in a short time can be overwhelming and not get specialised at it but make you burnout and tired to learn.

Be it you are going for technical or non-technical it has to begin with the basics which is fundamental and not to advance from middle.

And with a ready to help community as this it makes your bitcoin learning and growth in the knowledge about it a project in your own hands to effectively build.

The reason some newbies want to rush things when learning about bitcoin is because some are serious about learning about bitcoin very to understand it to the extent that they can teach another person, when you learn about bitcoin and understand it no one will want to teach you about it because you have already know and understand how it works, although no one is perfect and no one can know everything about bitcoin because no matter how smart you are there are still things that will be new you when it comes to bitcoin but we should try to learn more so that we will not be scam by anyone.

Those who rush are the ones that quickly fall in the hands of the scammers because they are set of people who are very greedy, they can do anything just to make a profit and also buy some coins that will later make them to regret at the end and started putting blame on bitcoin that all coins are the same, when you learn very well and understand you will invest in bitcoin and be able to hold for a long term.

You are absolutely right. Lack of patience and the eagerness to know everything at once is how alot of people interested in learning about crypto end up getting fraustrated and then eventually quitting.

I currently have a friend who meet me one day that told me that he wants to learn about bitcoin and how he can start investing in it, I ask him what and what does he want to know or learn about bitcoin, he said I should tell him everything I know about bitcoin, I simply told him that everything I know about bitcoin today took me from 2016 to today to know them, there was no way I am going to tell you every of this thing in less than 30 minutes I have before stepping out, he said OK, that I should tell him the ones I can and he will start learning from there.

We began, I began teaching him about bitcoin and how to invest and or trade the bitcoin market, I helped him open a demo trading account and told him to be trading every day for atleast six month and he must ensure that he is growing the virtual account balance.. He traded for less than one week and switched to live account without letting me know, he deposited $30, used it for trading and lost everything in less than 12 hours, since then, he stopped pestering me around, he completely lost interest in learning about crypto simply due to his lack of patience.

Exactly, try to focus on one part first either speculation or technical aspect. That’s why before you go into bitcoin investment,  you have to go for the basic knowledge first because many of you we want to know about all the aspect first like technical just to only endup complicating things for yourself, and if do so time will be going and bitcoin prices don’t wait for any one , so first learn the basic , then find the other aspect that peak your interest and focus on it at a time .

It is often said that “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”enlightening yourself about bitcoin should start from the fundamentals which happen to be the basic knowledge.You can’t serve two masters at a time,it’s also similar to this scenario,you can’t acquire both basic and technical aspect of bitcoin at a time,it’s either you forfeit one and focus on the one that would be easy to understand overtime.That’s why newbies are advised to learn the basic knowledge first before diverting into the technical aspect because the technical aspect of bitcoin is quite ambiguous/complex for beginners.

You are right OP. Trying to learn everything about bitcoin at once can be very challenging that’s why it is better one focuses on one part and then try to develop themselves better on it. Overwhelming yourself can get you not to achieve anything in the long run thinking you’ve gone far with your knowledge which in most cases is never what happened. Bitcoin technology is very broad, finding which part works for you best should be your center of attention because trying to know all will just put you in another situation which even makes you not become good at any of them.

The brain has the capacity to learn anything. Those that has foundation in coding, computer science, mathematics, and data analysis skills might have an advantage. Yet with dedication and hard work, beginners can still develop Bitcoin technical skills.

I don't have the time to delve into that area of Bitcoin but I encourage Nigerians to consider it. We need our countrymen to be jighly skillful in that area. But just as you said, it should be a step at a time. They should not be in a hurry but take it step by step in their pathway to gain this important skill.

The problem that some newbies had is the right article to read which explains everything about bitcoin both technical aspects, mining and many more. The reason is that, they don't create time to read more in the forum because all these articles have been provided in the forum to enhance advance learning. Have a time table on different areas of bitcoin that you want to learn and learn them accordingly. Understanding depends on how fast your brain is in catching up what you are learning.

You are right , many find it difficult to read , aside reading , understanding is also important, many persons don’t find time to read articles , even to carry out research is hard for them , so many materials are been provided in this forum but they don’t have  time to read them , I remembered when I was introduced to this forum the first thing I was told is to read , to read careful which I did and to be honest it really help me a lot , the more you study the more your brain is open for more understanding.
