Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

we wait and tread water for a while ... without a lead dev 'existence' is the goal. Later things can happen, but for now just keep the chain alive. with community reboots 'we' make our own news |

By the looks of it GRF acts pretty similar to COMM, User distributed in rounds, it has a lower coin cap as well (20Million) & a smaller Stake Interest rate.
COMM was great in the early days but has lingered since the whole dilemmas of the wallet loss and time but GRF looks like a new re-incarnation with better features, a Dev and a big community.
