I think I have some COMM in my wallet.
If any dev want to revive the coin, I'd like to donate some to support the develop.
That is a good gesture. If someone can organize a foundation, the community will be willing to donate. there is also 70million coins from the cryptsy wallet that was given to @bumbacoin...he's been quiet as of late though. I've tried to get a hold of him but he hasn't responded for quite some time. I don't know this @bumbacoin guy. Why did he have the privilege to hold this 70 million COMM? I should do something with this fund. Hard forking ? Why is hard forking? At the time, we need devs to restart this project. + Where are you, Dev ? This coin is still alive. Why don't we push bumbacoin to release the 70million coins that he received from the cryptsy wallet so that we can use for development purposes?

my wallet gets stuck at block 19987
can anyone help with a boostrap and instructions? i tried deleting the chain and also downloaded one link from the pages back that still worked, but it still gets stuck at the same block.

I am currently synced to block 1276456. Here's how to use the bootstrap file that I uploaded some months ago: 1. Delete all folders/files, EXCEPT wallet.dat from your \AppData\Roaming\CommunityCoin folder. 2. Extract the bootstrap into the \AppData\Roaming\CommunityCoin folder. 3. Launch the COMM wallet. Note: It will probably take quite a while for the bootstrap to be imported into the wallet. Just leave the wallet running until it eventually loads. I created the bootstrap a few months ago so it should get you synced as of that time and you will then need to let the wallet sync the rest of the blocks normally. |

I think it should be called bootstrap.dat. Did you download the one that I uploaded a few months back? I'm pretty sure it was named bootstrap.dat This one: MD5 - https://www.dropbox.com/s/zi0onhbazsmfbed/bootstrap.md5?dl=0bootstrap.dat - https://www.dropbox.com/s/zatr2lykdrxszfb/bootstrap.zip?dl=0remove everything in your AppData\Roaming\CommunityCoin folder except wallet.dat. Then, copy the bootstrap.dat into that folder and then launch the wallet. You should see a message in the splash screen saying importing wallet or something similar |
