I think you need to have made at least one trade on MintPal also to be able to vote.  If someone doesn't have any coins to trade on MintPal, PM me and I think I can help you with that.

No, we need Mintpal. Now mintpal is the best exchange for altcoin in my opinion.

I think it's normal.  Someone will dump it, while the believers will buy more.
