This account was given 1M and it's balance is now  around 70000. So that guy didn't make it to the second round.
(he didn't even sell his entire stack)

Look at the latest date: 14 April, one day before the 2nd round distribution.

You are an idiot, every wallet has received significant amount multiple times, for example if you are minting with a million coins, explorer will show that you received a HUGE amount of coins, but actual balance will stay 1M + minted coins. This is how this coin works. This is minting, this is change. I also bothered about this first time, then I just explored my own address.
