I understand what you mean when you talk about staying at the same level. But inflation doesn't hit just the wallet, unfortunately. It's not a question of how many pieces of sausage you have on your table today, it's a question of the lack of stability and confidence. And in my view, this very psychological factor is far more critical than the decrease in the purchasing power of the money earned itself. I see the catastrophe precisely in the fact that people are losing the ability to plan something, to count on something.
What plans for the future can one have when one isn't even sure of tomorrow? One doesn't understand how to live not only in the here and now, but even to see a rough picture a couple of days ahead.

The days of people making plans for the future are over. If there are still such people, I really feel sorry for them for their naivety and excessive optimism.

What can one hope for? One decision by some idiot in power can turn everything upside down. I myself lost two online businesses because of this. Could I have imagined such a thing? This is a force majeure circumstance that could not have been foreseen in any way.

If a country is doing fine economically and puts his citizens first and somehow people are still poor, then it is them that wants that. But still if we were to base facts on both salary and inflation, a third brother comes into play. That's purchasing power. Even if inflation increases or not, what matters is purchasing power. Once that is still stable despite inflation, then everything is fine. That means a good number of citizens are doing fine.

Yeah, inflation is what makes salary earners poor not salary. If a particular country is doing well in economy and inflation keeps on raising, the chances of citizens to be poor will be higher. The salary they are earning at the end of the month will not be enough to take care of the needs, especially those that are in lower grade in salary. There's no different market for those that earning higher and the lower grade because the price of food items remain the same for everyone. What makes salary earner to be poor now is inflation. If government has her poor in mind they need to work on both salaries and inflation for the betterment of country.

There's a huge gap nowadays with the current low wages than of in the past. That's true that even cutting the expenses for so many things, it's still bare enough. Most people still struggle with that thing and the inflation just keeps on rising and there's no way to stop it. Even you have been so good in money management but if you only earn enough, you'd see the struggle of many people. Additional income and higher wages are the solutions to this including being frugal. I think that even if you're so frugally living but your wage is average, you'd still feel the inflation.
Even investors are panicking, as inflation risks are so high that they're practically on par with profits. This is the real problem.

And what is the government doing? It continues to print money in huge quantities, despite the warnings of economic and financial advisers. It simply ignores their opinions and arguments. It's a man of its own making. So how can the situation be corrected? The greed of the elites is creating even greater dependence on money and the printing press.

Yes, time is passing, inflation is increasing, even though people's earning power is increasing, their luxury is being destroyed silently. Because no matter how much you earn, inflation is increasing, due to which you are not able to keep up with the times, that is why now people are living a normal life and following strategies. They are accepting Bitcoin investment as a future savings, those who are still depositing money in the bank are basically destroying their own money.
Inflation is increasing, due to which the value of money is decreasing, now you can never buy your assets at the price of the past. As a result, your expenses are more than your income, so now you can save money against inflation only by investing in Bitcoin.

In my opinion the biggest financial trap is believing salary growth alone creates wealth… while inflation is quietly eating everything behind the scenes. We have a lot of unseen battles folks

So to stay away from inflation, you must move forward towards the future by investing in Bitcoin. Because in the current situation, it is natural that you may face hardship while fulfilling the needs of your family, so if you invest in Bitcoin, no matter how much, you will definitely be able to gain huge benefits from it in the future.

In the last couple of years, we have experience inflation for years that the salary are basically nothing to common man, the minimum wage was so hard to use to feed people not to talk about the miscellaneous spending. Last year, they increased the salary and this year they are already complaining again. The problem is the government has not been able to find a way to fix the inflation rate, it's getting higher even though they claimed to have reduced it.

There is this trick governments used to measure inflation and some people don't know anything about it. If the government reported that inflation rate is 5%, know that the reported value is a lie, the inflation rate is 10% or lower but I can't be exactly as that 5% they reported, it's always higher after it's been reported. Now, imagine a country that is dealing with 25% inflation, you know that the country is in big problem but governments doesn't report it.

Have you ever wondered whether poverty is increasing due to inflation or inflation is due to poverty? A country becomes poor because of weak infrastructure and the inability to properly utilize the resources available in the country. To find out who is responsible for this, one has to review the politics and economy of a country and the resources available in that country.

Your salary is not increasing because you are not skilled. The government system will not let you become skilled because they adopt weak education policies so that they can easily rule the weak. Inflation is created by that government because wrong financial policies waste state resources and have to print new fiat.

Inflation is mainly why some sets of people are poor, but I will say that salary also contributes to the poverty rate. When a country is affected by inflation, what is the next thing for the government to do? It is to increase the salaries of workers. In some countries, the minimum wage is very small and cannot even cover the cost of living. There is no way that the prices of commodities can be so high while salaries are not increased, and people will not suffer. In fact, even some people who have multiple sources of income still face problems in some places due to the low rate of the minimum wage. So, in my own belief, it is not only inflation that causes poverty, but also salary. If the pay rate is good, even when there is inflation, it will not affect people as much that they have to go as far as taking loans just to solve their problems

Your questions sound almost like Kant's) This is just to lighten the mood a bit, because your questions are making things feel a bit too sad.

I fully understand what you are talking about. It is no secret that I live in Ukraine, and right outside my window there are literally non-stop explosions. I know far more than I would like to about what uncertainty, lack of stability, and hopelessness really mean.
Yet despite all of this, I also know that a person continues to plan, dream, and set goals anyway, otherwise the mental state simply cannot handle it. So in any situation that drags on and becomes a new reality, such as inflation, war, or the absence of social guarantees, a person still adapts and searches for new paths of development.

In my opinion the biggest financial trap is believing salary growth alone creates wealth… while inflation is quietly eating everything behind the scenes. We have a lot of unseen battles folks

Inflation on devalue what you earn, but I don't agree that it's the main issue why people are poor. We have some people earning very high and they are doing well in life, but that can not be said of every salary earners,  because their are others out there that are still suffering.
Inflation is something we have no control of, because it has been here along time a go and will still remain even after we are gone, it's just part of the system of every economy. I think one way to escape poverty is to learn to invest. People should learn to have different investments, because if you look at the wealthy, you realize they have chains of investments, so why no copy from them if you want to be wealthy too. This is just my opinion and I am open to other opinions.

Anytime there is inflation, the government is the first person I blame because they cost it, then themselves know that printing money will cause more harm to the economy but they choose to do it, simply because they want to build trust in the heart of their citizens. Unlike my own Society, we are blessed with natural resources but the government is using that as collateral to take loans from international community. It pains me a lot when I see them borrowing that money, simply because we all know that they are not using it for us rather they use that for themselves and their family after their leave office.

I don't agree with you, inflation is the major cause of poverty because if the prices of goods and commodities are cheap, people can afford a living and still make savings for themselves even with their little salaries but due to inflation, the more you earn, the more you spend and money do not have any value anymore. If someone is earning a low salary, it means that their expenditure will be less but someone who is earning higher will spend a lot of money just to keep up with his standard of living so it is almost the same experience with someone who is earning little amount and the one who is earning higher amount because inflation has made the cost of living so expensive. I just want to let you know that when you earn more money, you will likely pay more bills too so inflation is the major problem here and not really the size of the salary.
