I believe in our society today, same value and effort should be given to both genders, because the world is now evolving and most of this beliefs is becoming outdated and most women are now working out themselves not to be dependent on any man.

If you are familiar with the creation story then you would know that the Man is the head of the home, and as the head, mist of the responsibilities falls to him...The pressure to provide, pay the bills, make certain decisions are all placed on in the man from the outset... But then again I don't really think it's a good idea for the society to judge men's value based on what they own, coz truth be told, the men are contributing a whole lot of things to the society than they are being acknowledged for... Consider the case of child birth, I don't think it would even be possible for a woman to conceive without the presence of the man, and so biological men are born with value if we see it from this perspective and that alone should be something worthy of value for the male gender...

Men were caused to till the earth, meaning it is our responsibility to provide for the family, while women nurture and multiply. However, there has to be a balance otherwise the family will scatter. 

As a man, the moment we come into the earth, we are hit with our fate that we are full-time providers. That instincts start when we are teenagers, in our youth, and into our elderly age.

God made it like that to put men above women and made them the head of the family. As the head of the family,you must be a servant to both your wife and kids in order to make them happy and fulfill the will of God. But these days, it's the opposite men wants their wife to serve them which a wrong. A woman is to assist a man. Why are you worried for taking care of your family. A man gives value to his family.

Absolutely, men do carry a lot of pressure people hardly talked about it especially the expectations to always provide and have things figured out , but I also think value shouldn't only come from gender roles both men and women create value for them self, men and women contribute differently to the community.

I don't agree with this idea that womens are born with values while mens have to create their,  everyone either man or woman is born with value despite of their gender. It is the tradition of the society who reward the contribution of men and women and recognise them,  labelling that womens have value just because of the marriage and childbirth overlooks all the sacrifices that they make in their life for the families ,responsibilities that they took and all the difficulties they go through. Similarly just labelling man by giving them value because of their income, status or position  is unfair and putting pressure on the man and ignoring their internal integrity kindness and their character.
 

Both men and women are contributing in their own way.  women’s are building careers ,participating is businesses being very professional while mens are also being involved in parenting household chores and responsibilities. Labelling genders for their values, it is more accurate to say that both inherit values as human being and with their life they develop their skills in contribute to the society to gain respect.

It's up to you to choose valuing women like that or not, while also valuing yourself like that or not.

It doesn't have to work that way if you don't want. And if you aren't comfortable with that kind of situation, you are free to look for a woman who have a similar mindset of yours.

Personally, the description of women you mentioned doesn't fit my personal preferences on that matter, and I would prefer remaining alone than putting myself in a situation I wouldn't be satisfied about.

Sure everyone one have the right to be treated well and with respectfully, not just the women. The society might have programed our minds, seeing the level of support giving to wemen more than men. They see weman as people who need support than the men, maybe because the holy book (Bible) that calls them weaker vessels. This can be addressed  personally without societal influence. When it's time to get married to a lady, it is very important to know the weakness and the strenght of the lady, spell all you wanted in the relationship before marrying her. I will agree that women are born of value, and let's be realistic about it. If we have a boy and a girl with the same status and the same level of hard work, and let's say these two people are not doing well in life career-wise, no good education, no business, and no skills, the girl has a better chance of making it in life than the boy because a man can meet the girl in the hand of marriage. I mean, a man who is doing very well, and at this point, the girl is not relying on what she has acquired in life because someone better is with her and can provide. This is the value we are talking about. Even with parents, at a stage, they give more focus to their girl child because they believe the male ones are capable of taking care of themselves better.

Looking at today's point of view when growing up, a man forms his value by his own efforts while a woman takes care of herself, women are treated to be protected by men, this is a natural law that we have known together since ancient times where women have always been treated well and guided gently.
While men must be formed from a tough education to face their lives because in fact men who have nothing or do not produce anything when they grow up are underestimated by anyone including their families, men must be a support for the people they care about, especially women as a form of natural life partner.

I know that most people will believe that women have more value than men because maybe men went to them paying their bride prices before bringing them home as wives. Now let me open it up to the public,it will be wise if men stop thinking from such mentality and focus on the social obligations. If women were more valuable in the society, men will have a lower burden to bear within themselves but because everything depends on the men that which makes them bears heavily.

The worth of men was written clearly in the Bible even before his creation the he will dominates over everything on earth and in water so respect the saying from the creator of the beginners and the ending. Men is everything to the earth no gender is ever valued as men in the world so people should stop developing such irrational emotions.

Between a man and a woman, both have their own role to play but over time everything changed, pride stood more for them especially for the women and this is because some men do rob it in their faces that they are the one that go out and provide for the family, doing this and that and that is when women start campaigning for themselves too to start getting things for themselves because the men or should I say some men don't value the role they play, is like they want more. If a woman has a particular role to play I don't see why a man (some men) will be little what she does, if the woman is doing her job properly I see no need for complain and if a man is doing his own job as the man of the house properly I see no reason for complaining and that makes the family to live in joy and harmony.
When we see a woman start pushing to get a job for her and to act as the man of the house is good but sometimes bad advise and greed is the major cause of it, if we as humans put pride aside I don't see any reason why we must have women or men not seeing their partner as someone without any importance to each other.

The value you think women are born with does no mean it is like that. The society chosed to place that value on them. Did you also know that there can also be a place where they treat woman equally as the man. What then will you call that. Women are only treated like that because they are weaker vessel and they can easily break down and quit different from men that's why women are seen to be very important but however that's not the reason to justify women as having natural value while men creat theirs. The woman is a woman and completely different from the man in all angle. there is no way can be treated the same way as the man because nature did not make it so to even start with. they are by nature the worker vessels and needs men to even stay protected. they nurture and take care of the children better than the men can ever do and asking for equality will raise the question, " can a man take responsibility of the child apart from the financial responsibility that he provides?

In summary, a man should be a man and a woman should be a woman. if a man performs his role well and help the woman do hers and the woman also does her part and assist the man, there will not be any need for a conversation around equality. if as a woman, the only value you have is that you are a woman and should be treated right, you will not end well. women that understands this are doing great things and are not looking for just the feminine title.

Either of the ways, we should make our life in meaningful existence, it does not matter either you are being born with it or you inherit it, all you need is to know what to do and do it at the right time, we should know that we are expected to be a solution to the world, and this could only start from the immediate environment we leave, when our presence is being felt on our absence is truly noticed, we are not much concerned about our own personal self, but having the interest of others at hand, so as to make the world a better place.

In the past, there was a social reality when women were considered valuable and men earned their value. However, this does not mean that a man's value depends on his earnings. Both women and men make important contributions to society, family and economic development. Every person should be judged not by their gender but by their skills, morals, sense of responsibility and contributions. Some are born valuable while others earn their value. However, everyone should be valued as an individual, not divided by value.
