Why the middle class mindset is no longer cutting it.

On the other hand, based on my personal observations, the younger generations, for some reason, believe that-even without knowledge or experience-they should immediately be offered positions almost on par with a CEO, be provided with all the perks, be paid a huge salary, and will probably devote some time to their work... But if there are any difficulties and they have to work hard and RESPONSIBLY-then "no, I don’t need a job like that; I was born to enjoy life". Study and get an education? No, I’ll just pay some money and get a diploma, or watch some video courses! Why bother with knowledge when there’s the internet and AI!?
I’m exaggerating a bit, but just to better convey the essence of the problem.
 

It is a downside and the built up negative effects of the widespread use of technologies that you so often praise. What has social media accomplished for the average person? It is not required for communications, so that benefit falls through. It literally did not accomplish anything except fry the patience, attention span of most people and create a big boost in egoism and narcissism. Never have a bigger number of stupid people have been this entitled, and a lot of it comes down to social media and endless consumption of other on demand content. While what you are describing is correct, you are describing the symptoms, you are not describing the root causes of those problems.

I will gladly say that the workers from the youngest generations are the worst workers that I have seen in my lifetime. They are spoiled little brats, with no social skills, no work skills, no discipline, no patience. They literally bring nothing to the table, there are animal species that are more useful for work on average. If we try to investigate why that is and recommend extreme measures, people start complaining because they are deeply addicted to smartphones and consuming content.

Once again, I’ll respond with my old point: the problem lies not in how we use this or that tool, but in ourselves! It’s people who use good solutions for bad purposes. Just look—messaging apps appeared, and people gained the ability to communicate while being thousands of kilometers apart. But other people started using them to sell drugs. People invented the internet to instantly access any information. In a matter of minutes, you can get "all of humanity’s knowledge". But what do we see? Drugs, child pornography, propaganda, violence… Who did this? PEOPLE! Not technology, but PEOPLE.
So the root cause lies precisely with us, people-not with technology
And yes, I agree that the quality of "young employees" has dropped significantly. They have no drive to grow, but they do have a drive to make a lot of money, simply because that’s what they want. They aren’t ready to take on responsibility, but they want to become "CEOs" right away....

The effects of inflation mostly is felt much harder by low income Houses. This make them to live in conditions that are unimaginable , these are one of the reasons why the low income earners work more harder just to put food on the table and making a living. Inflation keeps rising but the paycheck of the ordinary citizens remains thesame this amounts to more poor people in society over the years.



Inflation has greatly increased the gap between the poor and the rich because the rich keeps getting richer while the rich keeps getting richer all thanks to higher cost of living which keeps increasing by the day.

It depends on the culture where that person and family lives. But even if the culture is different, I know that most of us cares for our families and as long as we can do it, we're going to help and provide for them. At some point when we're not able to do it anymore, we have to do what's necessary and do things on our own. We can complain and tell the others who can contribute that they have to work and help with the expenses. Because we're not physically strong at all times, what if if we're the sole breadwinner and we become sick?

Gone are the days where you ask a teenager what he or she will like to be in future and they say doctor or engineers etc.. there are just few.
And this is because they have seen the imbalance between governments provision and citizens spending,

And this might not really be good for the future, because we might have limited workers in the society, so it's better the government finds a way to balance Evey thing supply and demand

Not many though, that's the point. Back in the day, that was the goal, kids grew up, either wanting to be a doctor, engineer, lawyer etc, or at least their parents would want that. Nowadays even engineers are not making that much, lawyers certainly do not make that much unless you are a top level lawyer, and doctors are still making a killing if they do it long enough, but starting out they have huge debt and low income so their life sucks for the first 10 years of being a doctor.

These days I see a lot more people wanting to start a business, because if you own a business, anything is possible, you could bankrupt and ruin your life, or you could make 100 million a year, nobody really knows what will happen, and at least it has a chance to do fine, unlike all other jobs where you KNOW for sure that you will suffer.

The middle class timeline has always been simple; get education, a stable, acquire a home, and slowly begin to accumulate wealth bit by bit.

Yeah you are right the mindset of a middle class is simple but it is bullshit maybe someone agrees or not but the mindset the middle class inherit from their parents or ancestors is deeply rooted in their brain because the education and job bullshit is taught to the children from their childhood they think as long as they work for others and get a salary they will not die because of hunger. But honestly in today's world there is a big difference in wage or salaries and the inflation increase per year and most of the middle class are just on survival mode. No doubt there are some people who break out of this mindset and start something of their own and it helps them financially and gives them the freedom of becoming their own boss but it takes a lot of courage and most importantly change there own mindset and never listen to anyone just and just focus on work. Also i notice one thing that the poor person know that he is poor so he live there life according to it but when the middle class get there first salary they upgrade there life even when they cannot afford this due to this they get loans or buy things on installments just to look rich. So moral of the story in today's time ownership is necessary if you are middle class or want to get rich because no matter how good you are at job there is always a limit in the form of salary but in ownership there is no limit on your growth. And honestly i believe we only get one life and spending this one life working for others just to survive and pay bills without trying to build something of your own feels like a wasted life to me.

That's simply because people tend to do and pursue the things they believe that will make them more money. Some cases even reflect the amount of their effort and talent when they put into work to which they estimate the equivalent to the amount they deserve to receive.

Another thing is how the current mindset of the younger generation directly being changed. In the past, older generation always remind the youth to study hard and get a degree, this way they can find a stable job that can be their source of income to have a better life in the future. Compared to young generations nowadays, they are encouraged to purse putting up a business or to consider entrepreneurship as their path to success.

In social media we can often see reasons for this changes. Most of the time, successful entrepreneurs are being used as role model. Showing the way they live and their successes, attracting the younger generation aiming to have a better life and the true success they want to have when they grow up.

I don't know what other kids in the world think about business, but beside bad effect, i think internet and era of information openness bringing a positive stimulus to many young people. My 11 and 14 years old kids despite aspiring to become a doctor and a soldier, they have started their own business. They said to me and my wife their consideration to start business in their very small age because they still have their parents full support (not business capital) but having living expenses covered by parents acts as an instant safety net. They said they have previledge of failing without the risk of starving. Failing at their young age only consumes a small amount of capital (pocket money or savings).

Start business as early as they can mean they can making money even not too big, have more bigger saving and can do bigger and continuous investment . If they consistent within ten years they will have big money and achieve financial freedom far sooner than his peers. After 2 years running business, today they can earn USD 35 net profit per day for selling japanese dessert.
