I think it would be better if the hunters participating in the contest only shared the pizzas they made instead of having detailed discussions here. If any discussion is needed, it might be nicer to continue it in a separate thread.
I don't think that is necessary, because this is not the first time this contest is been run on this forum, and if they were able to run the previous successfully by allowing both discussions and submission of contest, I don't see any reason why this is not be successful too. Because at least by combining everything, it makes the thread uniform. So I don't think there is any issue with O.P's decision to make everything be posted here. tokentikas idea is also not a bad one if I’m to be asked and his own idea is basically just to bring orderliness into the thread. In the sense that the whenever you are clicking on the thread, you are doing it just for the purpose of posting your own contest or reviewing what others have posted and not with the intention of making any discussion here which can be easily achieved just by the op creating a new thread and linking it with this one through editing the post with the discussion link below it. However what you are saying is also not out of place as you are looking at the op continuing what is traditional with his contest here which means posting both the contest and the discussions here. If I was in the position to choose, I will prefer the position of Tokentikas

Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day 2026 🍕 It's a pleasure to be part of this contest, I am not good at cooking and I have also not made pizza before, but it is best you do something new, and seeing other pizza post here is a big encouragement Here are the ingredients for the preparation of the pizza Flour Water Yeast Sugar Salt Tomatoes Pepper I used the wrong plate for the oven, so transferring the unbaked pizza to another plate spoilt the front view badly so I had to use the back view

I don’t like pizza, so I’m not participating, but I like contemporary art. The images appearing in this thread are, in my opinion, contemporary art, so I’m following it closely. Kudos to Laszlo for making BTC worth something. He’s our hero forever. EDIT: For those who want to read how it went, here’s a link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.0&utm

I’m delighted to welcome everyone. I’d like to wish you all a Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day 2026! This marks my third time participating in this contest. Consequently, I spent several days pondering just what kind of creation I should come up with. Eventually, the idea naturally occurred to me to give this culinary event a specific name. I present to you my project: "The Bitcoin Wheel." Now, let’s move on to the ingredients. Dough: 1. Flour 2. Sugar 3. Salt 4. Yeast 5. Water 6. Baking powder 7. Butter Toppings: 1. Wild mushrooms known as "Chanterelles" (I gathered them myself last year). 2. Mayonnaise 3. Ketchup 4. "Tilsiter" cheese 5. Processed cheese 6. Cucumbers 7. Tomatoes 8. Lettuce leaves And here is the photo diary of the preparation process. Bon appetit everyone and thank you for your attention.

Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day! (the one I made today) layers are as follows: Margherita sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, more mozzarella, 21 pepperoni cut into Bitcoin BTC’s and them fresh garlic, onions and peppers. I 3D printed a smaller version of our (cryptocloaks) cookie cutter to fit a pepperoni slice to make 21 Bitcoin BTC‘s Cutting the pepperoni Before cooking After cooking Almost forgot to include the paper w/name and date - got it with the last two slices!

Surprisingly, just a week ago, Laszlo was online. Feel free to message him and wish him a happy holiday, because this crazy guy
Why spam him in private messages (and encourage others to do the same)? Especially since Laszlo didn't even deign to write anything on this forum, addressing the BTC-community on the eve of the anniversary of those glorious events with the two pizzas. He could have at least written something for the community (over the years). At least a few words. That would have been especially valuable (priceless). But he never did this. Why? Is he very busy at work? If he wanted to, he'd find the time to spend a few minutes writing a post. At that time, buying 10,000 BTC worth of pizzas didn't seem crazy. He was last active on the 2nd of this month. Since it's the month of May, man probably came to check his post history and look at the conversation that led to that famous 10,000 BTC pizza deal.
If he remembered (and appreciated) those events, it would not have been difficult for him to write something in forum, but as it is, we don't know why and for what purpose he appeared on bitcointalk. I can only imagine the kind of feeling that comes with logging into an old forum account and seeing a legacy like that attached to your name. Coming to check his profile few days before the anniversary proves that no matter how big Bitcoin gets, the history remains anchored right here on Bitcointalk.
I'll give you a hint: indifference.

I'll give you a hint: indifference. Why is there so much pessimism? Besides congratulations and recognition, I don't think he would have been too offended or annoyed. "Even a cat remembers a kind word." It's been many years; we don't know his personal life and conditions, but it's always nice and desirable to think that a person is doing well if he can still log in and read the forum. It is unlikely that he can forget this event, being in his right mind. Indifference? It is also doubtful, since there is still access to the forum, which means there is value. I would refer to the good memory and remembrance of those good times that always remain with us after some years.🤗

Happy BTCitcoin Pizza Day -2026 🍕
Your pizza is undoubtedly good. But I think you submitted it without following the rules that the OP asked you to follow to participate in the contest. You don't just have to make a good pizza, you have to submit it following the instructions that the OP gave. I don't think your pizza will be accepted.Below I am highlighting the rules, you can submit a new pizza by following the rules. - Post at least 2 photos: [1] Photo of Pizza + username and date [2] Photo of Pizza in the making ➥ Note
- Pizza should be Bitcoin pizza (Bitcointalk style is allowed).
- Pizza must be made by yourself / Only one pizza per user ➥ Note.
You submitted without following the first two of the three instructions here.

Good contest, I was just wondering if technology can advance in a way we can seed food online and it appears to the person it was sent to because I would have really love to taste all the pizza that would be made in this contest, one genius can start thinking about this idea of sending food online and it appears to the person . Setting up a contest like this in a Bitcoin forum is a very wonderful thing and well-done to icopress I love what you are doing for the community keep up the good work people like you can never be forgotten even after leaving the forum.
