Crypto wallet in developer mode

Hello,
What features does Crypto Wallet have in Developer Mode?

Some private coins like Dero have their own wallets. In Developer Mode, can developers of that coin transfer coins from other people's wallets to another wallet?

I'm not sure about the coin in question but having a developer mode in a software wallet should not mean what you said. It should just give you access to features that are not normally not visible to the average user (mainly because he wouldn't really need them).
