I have used Neteller for a long time on the past and, as far as I know, they don’t offer chargebacks for transfers between neteller accounts (if the transfer is from a Neteller account to another Neteller account then it’s unlikely to get reversed).
So if I’m getting this right, the user you made the trade with is not only a scammer but also a hacker or a thief. The only reason your deposit was reversed is because it was identified as a transfer from a hacked or stolen account.
In any case, Neteller should have informed you or explained why the transaction was reversed and why your account was banned.
