Lost $14,000 deposit on Clore.ai - support said “platform redesign” and blocked

Hi everyone,

I’m writing this post because I seriously don’t know what else to do at this point, and I want to warn other people before they trust large amounts of money on Clore.ai.

A few days ago, I deposited around $14,000 USD into my Clore.ai account to rent GPUs for AI workloads. The transaction was successful and confirmed on the blockchain without any issue. After the deposit, the funds started showing strangely on the dashboard. Sometimes the balance appeared, sometimes it disappeared completely.

I contacted support immediately, and they told me not to worry because their “platform redesign” work was still ongoing. They said my balance would reappear within 3–4 hours.

I waited, but nothing happened.

After that, I contacted support multiple times again, asking for an update and trying to understand what was going on with my funds. Instead of helping me, they slowly stopped responding. Eventually, I was completely ignored/blocked. My account access was restricted, and I was also blocked on X/Twitter after trying to follow up there.

Right now, my $14,000 is missing, I have received no proper explanation, and support is no longer replying to me at all. and they blocked my account from their portal.

I also want other users to be careful before depositing  amounts on Clore.ai.

can you please edit your post and attach some proof of what you are saying?
not saying you are lying, but no one is going to take you seriously without proof of the $14,000 deposit or your talk with support.

this is the second scam accusation about clore.io i see here, and something strange is going on.

you have the same username, and that post was removed, but the account also got banned from reddit, which usually only happens for spamming.

the other 1 star reviews also look a bit sus, they are AI generated just like your review and post here.

i don't want to jump to conclusions, as something really could be wrong with this platform, but until i see some evidence of what you are claiming, this doesn't look like a genuine accusation.

The second accusation I am seeing after this --- Clore.ai Scammed Me Out of Over $210,000 After I Trusted and Staked on Their Pla

As advised, I think it's very important for you to add more details to your accusation so people take it seriously. I looked at Trustpilot, and all their reviews talk negatively about them, even with the guy who left 5 stars. All the negative reviews are recent.

There is this user who also claims they took his $165,000. How on earth did this shitty platform convince most of you to deposit such huge amounts of money?

Clore scammed me and taken 165000 dollars
I have invested 165000 dollars in clore. And I staked into their platform And I am big Investor and now @clore_ai team has taken my money.. blocked my account . I tried to contact to them they have blocked me from group. Clore....Give me my money. It's huge amount.... Your project will not be successful .. it's my very hard earned money 😭

How on earth did this shitty platform convince most of you to deposit such huge amounts of money?

They seem to be using a shilling service, as seen in all the tweets from their X account, @clore_ai. Not sure if this platform is well-known in certain regions, for me it's still new. But I'm starting to find it odd reading the different reasons for each seizure: platform redesign, staking migration, and so on.
