So this is not something new, it seems like the owner is just racist. There is no amount of excuse to justify what they are doing.

There are so many people behind the bail offer for Chud, this is not like ordinary people but highly influential people and pure racist.

Sure the owner him self is one among the racist because if he is not he would not entertain such and would probably make amends in the first occurrence of nazi and racial joke but they calmed the situation and continued with making it more obvious and triggering so people can give more attention to it.

I have seen both people saying this is inappropriate for a casino (or any service to do), while at the same time I have seen some people on Instagram talking about this and expressing their interest on joining Duel just because they are willing to offer something like this, which is completely different from anything other gambling services would dare to do, to begin with.

I believe they went fully with catching all people's attention, not matter the cost. While it maybe a good strategy in the short term, eventually the interest will fade away and they may be left with a reputational stain which they will have to battle a lot in order to have people to forget it.

I hate the way they are running the casino including the way they communicate so I stop my interest on playing on this casino since I get that response.

I fail to understand if there are any pros to this kind of strategy. If they want to convey their message or do something out of the box, then they could've done something simpler or calmer- not this train wreck of a random stunt that irritates most of the players because of these shenanigans.

Whoever thought about this, it seems they have lost a little bit of their touch in reality. It is already a controversy if someone does the Nazi salute in public or on the internet, being dressed up completely as a SS official while doing it is a different level of tone-deafness.

Not only that. If, instead of being a casino licensed in a Caribbean country, it were a casino regulated in Germany, for example, it would have faced at least a hefty fine for that. Anything related to Nazism is strictly prohibited there.

Well, someone could be on drugs and argue they are excellent at marketing, because there are definitely thousands or dozens of thousands talking about this casino because of their idea. Though, we all agree that literally using Jewish and Nazi interpretations as a way to try to catch the attention of people is desperate.

You are right, their are more better ways of making promotion instead of show casing this kind of act. Moreover, they both got blood running through their vains and anything can likely happen all in the aim of promoting a brand. In my opinion, this is just fu**ed-up marketing. The very fact that this thread exists and we're discussing it is proof that this marketing works. Once it achieves its goal, Monarch will start apologizing and say it was a mistake.

Yeah, I have already seen all of those things as well. The Fake Andrew Tate and the guy dressed as SpongeBob seemed to be quite popular among the people who actually enjoyed this marketing strategy by Duel.
Depending on how their numbers continue to behave in the coming weeks, I would not be surprised if they decided to continue to host more weird and edgy stuff on at least one of their blackjack tables, for the sake of standing up among all other casinos which rather go for an Orthodox and clean marketing strategy.

Time will tell and I honestly doubt anything within the administration of the casino will issue a formal apology, their strategy is actually to get people mad so their brand gets more attention. It has so far worked for them.

This initial reaction they are getting and which the casino may classify as positive is due mostly because people are curious to see what all the fuzz is about, it is rather about natural curiosity of people to see how bizarre things are and how far a casino is willing to go for the sake of getting attention of gamblers and bettors.
Once the novelty factor dies out, people won't longer feel the same chock and will slowly move onto other casinos and bookies which do not have to resort to add chock value and random stuff on their blackjack tables in order to keep people coming.

This marketing strategy is a double-edged sword being used by Duel, and if I were them I would be very careful they do not attract the attention of some organization like the anti-defamation league or AIPAC, which are quite powerful in the United States.

I would say it's just a marketing strategy, if they can get viral with some of those videos then people will try to get to their Black Jack tables. I mean is a cheap way to bring new customers.
