A local neighboring street hosting event to celebrate Arsenal Premier League Cup

I am obliged of how the game of football can really unite people together.   

That's the magic of football, even when a country is experiencing serious political problems. Football can unite them and put aside their previous issues. This usually happens in national team matches. 
Even if you are not part of the fans, they will not kick you out of the event. We know how Arsenal fans are looking forward to this achievement. All Arsenal fans, I guess, are in a good mood after winning the Premier League trophy.

Wow this would mean so much to Arsenal fans globally after 22 years without a Peemier league trophy. It would be an extra feeling that Arsenal wins the Champions league this season too, that should be an outstanding finish to their long run in the Permier league this season.

They also secured a clean finish to the title race with a win against Crystal Palace today, what other way to end the league than a win? Arsenal really deserves this celebration and I really hope this form continues.

I am not a big Arsenal fan although I usually fancy them in European competitions and they have waited 22 years for this achievement as I remember last time when they won with Arsene Venger where they made headlines, since then they could not keep up anymore and despite being near winning the title a lot of times they only managed to do it this season. So normally I can only fancy such initiatives that even local clubs start doing to show their appreciation for such achievement. Arsenal also won today which means that they different from other teams they don't care to not win even when they can afford to do so, this is a very respectable thing to do from a team that don't need to do so, Inter yesterday lost or draw don't remember which is not something Arsenal did.

It is worth celebrating that Arsenal won the Premier League Cup after 22 years. I know the celebration of a thing is not new, but it is worth it because it ends the years of Arsenal being trophyless. This is indeed a good way to end the season with a long awaited trophy at hand.

I wish I was able to locate the place where this celebration is scheduled, I could have joined them because I love the team and how they play their football. They play good entertaining football and no matter how the match goes, they maintain their style of football till the match is over.

It's not the first time I'm hearing about something like this but I have not attended one before. I can't lie that I am not happy at Arsenal's eventual success after winning the EPL after 22 years.  It's a great news and morale boost for the team and I hope next season they can defend it.
However, it is very common to see such kind of persons take advantage of the victory to host or anchor any event they deem fit and this isn't far from the truth.

Am sure I would have attended the event had it been I was close by or within the environment, because it would be lovely to celebrate as a fan after so many years of missing out on being the EPL champions.

True, you see football has a special way of bringing people together regardless of the tribe, money and background and again is not a must or is not even needed for someone to be a club member before enjoying the unity and energy that comes with the celebration. This is the spirit of football, it brings people together and make them unite and become one. I remember the year Chelsea won their first champions league trophy, it was celebration everywhere, not only did people contribute to celebrate them, people were doing individual celebration in the streets sponsored by them with drinks and foods. So my friend who lives in the nearby town is inviting me for their street carnival titled "Arsenal Premier League Celebration "
From a reliable source as I do my findings via the coordination of the event, it is confirmed that the residents living in that area had collectively raised over #10,000,000 in our local currency which is equivalent to $6,300 and more people are yet to comply.
I am not an Arsenal fan but I find such event fun so I have also pledged to support them with the sum of #50,000 which is around $36 and I am hoping to attend.
I also learnt that most rich residents of the Arsenal fans will be participating.

I wasn't surprised to see lots of Arsenal fans group-up in church today, all wearing their Arsenal jersey as they usher in for thanksgiving in church in respect to their victory for winning the league this year 2026. Because ever since I saw that Arsenal won this title after 22 years ago, I knew that the celebration in all nock and cranny across the globe wasn't was not going to be easy just like in this case where you said  residents living in that area just raised #10,000,000 for food and drinks as they celebrate Arsenal's victory this season. And that's one of the beauty about football, as it units people from all parts of the world.

They are making sure everyone knows, I think the number of Arsenal supporters that will be in the Arsenal Trophy parade in London will break a record. That is they will be more than the number recorded in Manchester City's own trophy parade considering that not London is red.

It might not only be this event that would be holding to celebrate arsenal because a lot of places will also do the same thing, since today was the last day. I decided that it will not be fun for me watching the final alone so I had to go out and watch with people, so while Arteta was demonstrating the trophy, more than six persons placed an order for Pepe soup and more than twenty crates of drinks for everybody, including those who are not an Arsenal fans so actually that's how important the trophy has been to a lot of persons in my country.

I'm not a football fan, but a sports fan in general. So when I see something like this, just show how sports really unite everyone. Just like what you have describe, it took many years for Arsenal to win. But once they got, they really have to celebrate it.

Just like the sports that I followed, basketball, there are local teams here that haven't won a ring for decades. But once they got their first one, there will be a huge celebration outside and there will be a parade.

Well, it's always nice when the fans of a team celebrate their victory wherever they can and however they can, and if you are actually a fan of the team also, you get to enjoy as well even if you are paying some money to contribute in the celebration, it's actually worth it because you are definitely going to have a good time. If I love a team, and they manage to become champions, I think I would never think of money if I know that a specific group is arranging a celebration event because I would love to join and enjoy with all the fans of the team, especially if the team hasn't won a major cup from a very long time.

22 years is a long time, not only Arsenal, but any team that goes so many years without winning anything major and then winning one of the biggest championships, it's a great thing, they truly deserve it and their fans should definitely go berserk with their celebrations and everything, after all, you don't get to celebrate such things very often.

I'm not a soccer fan but IMO contributing to a celebration that looks to promote friends having a good time together and the opportunity to make new friends is never a bad thing. Really doesn't matter what team you might like or dislike, you will still likely have a good time and meet new people. Enjoy!!!

What keep football game fun is because of its social relationships among the fans and the football fan base as a community liking the same event and as as matter of fact, the interactions between two opposite fans with each other defending their clubs in the scenarios of friendly arguments that doesn't set you and your friends relationship apart makes it much entertaining.
It's an event of interest where you disagree to agree with the others and not an event to keep malice within players or the community fan base.

Indeed! It is understandably that people will organize such event after couple of decades of waiting to happen this victory. So yes, I can fully understood why the fans are gathering and pitching to have such celebration. More than likely, some of them also bet on this event. It is for the love of the game, I was in a sports center today during the Arsenal match, and there were lots of free bottles ordered by Arsenal fans. I also remember vividly when Chelsea won the Champions League, there was the same spirit of unity, fans contributing to sponsor the celebration, and people paying for drinks while they celebrated.

This is love of football, and it is normal, 22 years of not winning the Premier League, I understand all about the celebrations.

While scrolling through the internet saw a very funny video clip, and it was a cow that was painted red, and then on the side they attached some logos of Arsenal on the cow and then tied it to a pole along an express road so that any vehicle passing through the road would easily see it, and it was a very busy road. I just couldn't tell if they were being petty or just celebrating.

This event has made people realise that Arsenal has a lot of supporters, but the fact that they haven't won made it look like they had just a few people supporting them.

Here in my country, it's been common to see fans of Barcelona, ​​Porto, Benfica, and Sporting doing this kind of thing when those teams win titles. Right near my house, they do it; I watch them from afar because there's a restaurant on the next street where they organize all the celebrations. This time it was Barcelona winning La Liga and Porto winning the Portuguese league.

They all contributed money and had a huge party that lasted for many hours. I remember listening to their music and shouting until dawn. It's a shame they don't do this for any team here in my country. They don't even watch the football games in my country's league; I don't watch them either because the quality is poor and there's a lot of corruption.
