It's a bad idea to only have gambling as an entertainment option. You should never leave things that entertain you to play in a casino; it's just too risky.
Do you agree with this?
Once you give too much time and attention to a particular thing, the chances of getting addicted to it is very high, because you will now see it as an everyday activity, and once it gets to a level where you feels like you are going to die if you miss a day without doing it, just know that such person is an addict already, that is why it's very important that even though you are gambling for fun, try not to gamble every day, minutes or time, because too much attention to a particular thing increases the chances of getting addicted to that particular thing.
And because the addiction of gambling is very destructive, we should seek other means of entertainment, not by focusing only on gambling that may leads to addiction.
Beyond not gambling everyday, you ought have specific time apportioned to every recreational activity, just like you have designated time you wish to spend at the park, cinema, bar, e.t.c. Your gambling routine should be timed as well to entertain other activities, when you spend too much time gambling, it starts turning into a high priority hobby, you begin to loose interest in other stuffs you should prioritize since gambling can be very addicting and before you know what's happening, you're already an addict. If you would at least set only a moderate priority for it and have a timeframe to spend in it and a budget as well, it wouldn't have a solid grip on you as it would on someone who regularly goes on a drift in gambling without brakes.
