Crypto trading is always better than stock market because when you understand cryptocurrency it's more better than stock market that you would have to do more studying than the crypto market.
There's no way we can compare the stock market and the crypto market because one is more ahead than the other. The stock market has been existing for decades and the crypto market just became a thing few years back. It's only Bitcoin that can go head to head with some stocks as most altcoins are just trash and shouldn't be in the conversation.
I won't say the crypto market is better as if you even want to make more profits from Bitcoin then you have to invest more time into hodling than trading.
That been said, it's a common knowledge that the markets always had manipulation frequently and it's the whales that are guilty of this and it happens in all market so one of your duties as a trader is to identify when this is happening or about to happen then take advantage of the market or avoid it for that period.
Those two market options cannot really compare by anyone since they have their own timelines.
Stocks usually moves base on the performance of companies, while if we discuss about crypto. It moves base on how strong the network then also by its growing demand and adoption. So with that we could see that they move differently. Usually on Bitcoin it reward patience and not doing any daily risky trades.
That manipulation is not unique on crypto, because there are whales exist. If they know how to play the games of those whales there's a chance that they will not get dragged by any manipulative acts they do.
