Deal Structures

Option 1 — Full or Partial Acquisition
Multi-payment purchase of the complete source code, all creative and game assets, and full deployment documentation. If the buyer requires an operator and ongoing technical support, I will remain on top of the product post-sale, with further payments structured on a performance basis.

Option 2 — Partnership / Investment
Investor provides licensing capital and the initial house bankroll. I contribute the platform, technical operation, and existing audience. Equity split negotiable.
