If the representative is serious about the PM's he or she could take their time to sequentially check the PM's one after the other to see what was sent to them and who sent them the PM so they could also reply the accordingly. I do not see any tangible reasons here why OP would say they missed PM's. Upon sending messages on this platform, one gets notification upon accessing their account which a prompt always comes up and it is not hidden. I see they already launched a signature campaign on this platform which is a welcome development in addition to their publicity here. They could go a long way with it here as they strive to render services for members and the general public at large.

The tangible reason is that the OP is new to the forum(I am assuming), a lot of people sent the OP a PM, and my PM got buried, the OP isn't familiar with PM structure here in the forum(which is common), so it is easier for him to miss some PMs. What happened is not a big deal, so let's just forget about it.

That’s probably what happened here but, to be honnest, not receiving the bonus just because OP missed your pm doesn’t seem fair.
That’s why dedprz and all other casino representatives should consider panjul’s suggestion and create separate and dedicated thread(s) for their promotions and giveaways. This would make managing those events much easier and, most importantly, would add more transparency to them.
