Some platform find it cheaper to ban US citizens altogether rather than complying with local laws of every state. Some do bypass that with sweepstake model but it is also not that easy to maintain. In my country this was the same problem and every international poker site use to have an Indian version.

The reason is simple, and all this happened because the US is a strict nation when it comes to consumer protection, AML, tax enforcement, and game regulation laws at the federal and state levels, which are different sometimes (we have some states in the US where gambling is not allowed). However, all this doesn't mean the US government or citizens don't want/use foreign platforms.
The platform just needs to abide by its jurisdiction's rules and regulations while also never failing to pay tax.

You have different laws and regulations in the United States. Each State has its own laws and on top of that you have Federal laws. Federal and State laws can differ in certain aspects. Not just on the topic of (online) gambling. Marihuana consumption is a good example. Some States still prohibit marihuana entirely. In others, you are allowed to use it. Regardless of the State, though, Federal law still considers marihuana illegal. You can therefore have a problem with a Federal agency even if the same activity isn't considered illegal by the State you live in.

Gambling is another complicated issue. Not all States allow it and those that do require that you be physically located within the State lines where you are gambling in. Offshore gambling isn't classified as illegal by Federal law (I think). Each State regulates it differently. Some ban it altogether. Others allow some aspects like sports betting but not casino games and vice versa. Then you have Federal laws that make some international money transactions illegal and to bet online you must make an international transaction.

Offshore casinos and regulators don't want to deal with all this mess, so they just ban US players altogether instead of trying to figure out who is allowed to partake in which gambling activities and who isn't.

Football is a sport to play in World Cup 2026 and in most nations, it is called as football but in the USA, it's called as soccer. The football in the USA is soccer in callings in other nations, and it's interesting to learn about it in language.

It is very possible biggest reason, as soccer is not popular in most nations, but in other nations, casinos don't allow users from the USA to join and bet. Likely they are fearful of sanctions from the USA government, just like how many centralized exchanges no longer allow the USA citizens to use their CEX if they don't have an exchange branch in the USA and for USA citizens.

That’s probably what happened here but, to be honnest, not receiving the bonus just because OP missed your pm doesn’t seem fair.

I would like to add to not use Rarible to even look at nfts to be honest. Their platform is very bad, and quite buggy, overall a bad user experience. Opensea is the place we tell everyone to go to check out nfts.
