You need to understand that everyone has different preferences, investment style, financial goal and risk tolerance levels. So do not be surprised or upset when many people do not share the same mindset or vision as you. And do not try to impose your views on others.
A good investment is one that fit a person's financial situation, goals and risk tolerance. No asset is the best choice for everyone, and Bitcoin is no exception.

In the end, it would be foolish to put all your money into a single investment. Diversification is key.

Buying a landed property in an underdeveloped area, it's like buying Bitcoin when it was still selling for cent, give it time those areas will definitely turn in to hotcakes, and probably you might have gotten the landed property at a cheap rate then, but given the preference for both Bitcoin and the landed property, I think is depends on the individual mindset and what they feel is suitable their money. Is it very difficult for somebody that have gotten the knowledge of Bitcoin and the benefit it entails to want to choose a landed property over Bitcoin, this is because an area can remain underdeveloped for more than a decay, meanwhile Bitcoin within that number of years Bitcoin would have given you double of your initially invested.

I personally think that investing Bitcoin is better. If someone is determined to not touch his BTC for 5 years unless he's in good profit, I think there's a high probability that he will be able to cash out near the $200k/BTC price. But with investing in real estate you can for many reasons including falling property prices, expensive repairs, unexpected taxes and fees and stuff. I'm not encouraging anyone to invest in Bitcoin more than he can afford to lose, though.

The two things you said are investing in crypto or property, both of which are choices in life.
For me, property has many categories, such as real estate, land and so on, of course all of these have economic value, property is also in the form of investment but is real in the world and can be touched and seen.
While cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin are digital assets, as we now know, the difference cannot be touched but can be seen.

Conclusion: both investment methods are good, the goal is to improve the economy, but for me personally if I had money of course I would take both, investing in Bitcoin and property, but if I only have limited money, maybe I just choose Bitcoin investment, The reason is that currently, in my opinion, crypto assets such as Bitcoin have good opportunities and hope for the future, but with the current state of the economy, inflation is a little difficult to maintain.

It’s not very practical to invest in real estate, where assets aren’t very liquid. And when we need quick cash by selling a property we own so it takes a long time to actually sell it. Not to mention that we have to market the property to potential buyers who may not necessarily be ready to purchase it right away. On the other hand investing in digital currency is better than investing in real estate. And Bitcoin will be my top choice as an investment with the potential to be valuable in the next five years. And when we need to sell our Bitcoin then we can sell it very quickly as it's very liquid. So I personally would choose to invest in Bitcoin rather than real estate, where it isn’t very liquid. Real estate also doesn’t seem likely to generate significant profits over the next five years due to shifts in market demand. I’ve noticed that many properties have experienced a drastic drop in value even though their locations previously seemed very strategic. And not to mention the existence of monopolistic practices in the real estate sector.

Both have their own pros and cons and I think holding both of them is an even better option.
Bitcoin has the potential to generate massive returns but at the same time it is highly volatile.
If you want to encash it and the price is down then you would not consider selling it at that time.

In case of land, the price is quite stable and steadily increases. Property prices very rarely depreciate.
But then again, it cannot be easily liquidated. You need to find a buyer and complete the transfer process which takes time.
So its better to hold both instead of focusing on just one of them.

I think bitcoin and property are both very good investment, but it determines on the person and their preferences.  Landed property is an investment that will definitely appreciate over time, because their is not depreciation in property, unlike bitcoin that sometimes depreciate in value, but if you decide to hold in for a very long time, the possibilities of making profit is very high. In my opinion I think they are both good investments and it just depends on the person involved. You can tell someone born in the 70s and above to come investment in bitcoin,  but you can easily convince them yo invest in landed property, because it's something they have known a long time a go, so I think that's the difference.

If I had money to go for real estate/land investment, I would pick this one without any doubts. However, it demands large capital which isn't available for most investors, so we have to think about alternatives until we have enough money.

That is where Bitcoin investment comes into the scene. You can invest any amounts of money on it, and still has potential of making decent profit on the following halving (bullish season). What I would do is to accumulate profit through BTC investment, and then cashout the profits once it's possible to invest in real estate. It's a long term goal, which may take some years until happening for real. Inevitably, if you want something solid, you have to be patient.

Bitcoin gives powerless people the power they need, for the first time in history, people have power that can't be controlled by government power, this has never happened before.

Don't compare land properties with Bitcoin, the difference is day and night and the final choice is yours, choose what suits you, I don't see anything bad in having few lands, but if you can't afford a land it's better to put all efforts in Bitcoin using DCA than using all your might to acquire a land.

First before anything, I have to say this, there is no investment that doesn’t carry risk, whether it is long term or short term.. I just needed to correct that first because people now tend to be seeing Bitcoin or any asset as risk free once you hold it for long, but it is not true..

And secondly when it comes to digital investment like Bitcoin or landed property, I will say it really depends on different factors…. Like the persons risk appetite, how long the person is planning to hold, and what exactly the person wants from the investment in the first place..  Because people invest for different reasons..

Five years is enough time for me to invest in bitcoin, because bitcoin as you said that bitcoin has enough time to do a price increase that can re-form ATH after the next Halving, this is the fruit of the benefits of investing in bitcoin in the 4-year cycle time frame, I will definitely include it in the portfolio, and if you have more funds then diversification is much better than just keeping in one cage property even gold can be the best choice within 5 years, here too even though it does not get a significant increase as in bitcoin is a good choice because it is relatively increasing, even when in its bullish period both property or gold can experience a 100% increase in less than 5 years.

I have this dilemma years ago. People would say that it's wiser to invest into lands that are underdeveloped than Bitcoin.

Few years later, we can see which choice is better. But I think someone who's made profit in holding and selling Bitcoin can do now the opposite, they're now the ones to find land properties that they can develop and that's diversification.

It depends on where the land is as you have noted but lands in developed areas are expensive you can’t even afford them now, so land investment is sighting lands that are not in a developed area when they have the potentials to develop and that is risk.
Also in five years some land would not have appreciated that much from its price before five years except something extraordinary happens but I expect bitcoin to appreciate more in five years than most land, not all lands but most.

When you hear people says this land cost an x amount of money, I don't take their words because is see it as bait, you can't sell a land in an x amount unless the land was sold already. A landed property doesn't have a quick liquidity to exit, you can't buy a land today for $100k and sell the land in that amount the next day, you will have to wait until a buyers shows up with "hope" they are in need of it, even if the land is a very demanding area the liquidity problem will frustrate you.

I can buy Bitcoin today for an amount of money and sell the same Bitcoin in the next few second and get my money right in my pocket. This is what Bitcoin can do for your but I'm not sure there is any digital investment so quick like Bitcoin. You can buy Gold for an amount from a good dealer, return to that same dealer to sell that Gold, you will not get the original value of the money used to buy that Gold, that's why most of these investments sucks.

Inflation is going to increase due to the energy crisis, and sooner we might see land getting expensive, but not just land, everything. But as a Bitcoiner, I would go for Bitcoin because in the next 5 years I could make better profit than I could make from land, because land gives profit over a long period.

Also, we have to be very careful while buying land, because we have to consider the location first and hire an expert who can tell you whether you should buy it or not. Having someone neutral as an advisor is important, because their advice will be better. Otherwise, a realtor might sell you land that could remain at the same price even after 10 years. Therefore BTC is best right now, but I do not have enough funds right now to invest in land, so that is also why I am going for BTC.

First of all, you need to understand that real estate is not gold. Gold, generally speaking, is liquid everywhere and at all times.

Real estate should also be divided into two types:
- residential (apartments)
- non-residential (real estate for offices, stores, etc.)
And this is where the most important part begins-choosing the locations of the real estate you plan to invest in....
Pick the wrong area, neighborhood, or location-and you’re done for... Your square footage will burn through your money, but... it won’t be in demand on the market. In a nutshell, my answer is:
- Diversify your investments
- Conduct a thorough analysis, from the developer to the area’s prospects

Both are valuable investments. But after 5 years, most likely its bitcoin that will make the most of its profits while landed properties could be moving just a slight increase, or probably no increase at all. However, if there is no time limit as long you are holding them for long-term, then I suggest allocate a bigger amount for bitcoin compared to landed properties.

Landed properties may surely appreciate its value, but let's be realistic, bitcoin has higher potentials to increase its value and in 10-15 years from now, its current price would be x5 or x10 from what we are seeing now.

If you ask me, I'll go straight for bitcoin. However, we all have different preferences when it comes to investment choices. If you value high-risk/high-reward digital growth, its best to stick with bitcoin, but if you prefer steady and tangible security, passive income, go with landed properties.

But for me, I'll go for diversification. Invest in bitcoin with a bigger allocation, and still buy some landed properties and pass it to my children.
