Pretty good match so far already three goals in the first half. Denmark was able to lead 2-0 but Ukraine got a goal so now its 2-1 i wonder what will happen in the second half. So far Denmark was a lot better in first half with a lot more shots then Ukraine with how Denmark is playing should be 4-1 if they keep the same squad on the field. Should have been even more goals in this match but i think we will see an even better second half now. Shame that we wont see any of these two national teams in the world cup.

I watched both Argentina vs Honduras  and Brazil vs Egypt. Both Arg & Brazil team secured their wins in warm up matches. but the main takeaway is how they are preparing for the upcoming World Cup. Argentina maintained a good passing rhythm & their defensive stability looked organized even without having some key stars. Besides Brazil showed their creativity as well as quick transitions. Although their defence was slightly tested at times but their hard work made everything under control. Their opponent Egypt also gave efforts to create some pressure, making the match competitive. Overall enjoyed both matches. Currently Denmark & Ukraine  playing their game where Denmark was ahead with two goals but Ukraine gave one before the end of first half. In most of the friendly matches, the coaches pay more attention to the performance of a few players. So that the starting eleven can be presented in a more powerful way. The match between the U.S. and Germany was truly a close contest. For Germany Sane scored the 2nd goal in the 57th minute and they got total of 8 shots. Germany is now going to face Curacao in WC26 . Kai Havertz was named as player of the match for Germany.

Denmark is not in the World Cup so no worries about him and his minutes I think it should be time for him to retire from football since he did not make it to a World Cup where we could say that this was going to be his last international competition for his country considering his age. Some players just love football too much and they fail to forget that they are old and should be retiring An example of this kind of player again is Cristiano Ronaldo who we still trying to win the international competition talking about the World Cup with his country Portugal even though he is not as fit as he used to be when he was younger. I will not be surprised if I see Cristiano Ronaldo wanting to play in the next FIFA World Cup.

I saw the news and remembered he was the one that collapsed a few years back so imagine my surprise to learn that he collapsed again today. If he manages to get by this world cup, I think he should strongly consider retiring and call it a day. I don't think he would be able to escape incidents like this for much longer . He has been lucky thus far, I don't think he should push his luck any further.

This world cup is definitely the last dance for a lot of footballers and I think that's why it would be very special. Can't wait.

This is dangerous because I strongly believe that his heart may not be too strong to be carrying the pressure of running for ninety minutes on the pitch. Christian Eriksen is 34 years old.  I feel this is football age. He might be older than his age. But aside from age, he is having health issues that need to be taken care of. If he has a good family, I expect them to give him advice to quit professional football.

This isn't the first time it has happened. It happened on 12 June 2021. June is not a good month for the player. Also, this event only occurs when he comes back for international duties.

This player has a critical history, even though their federation confirmed that it was fine, I am sure that in the future it will happen again for Eriksen to collapse on the field because of his unhealthy heart history... I used to think he would retire sooner, because he felt that he had returned to health finally returned to the field by playing in a big team now it happened again so it's better in my opinion he should make a decision immediately.

Well, just a simple correction though, this is a thread where alot of football related topics and also the coming topics on the coming world Cup are being discussed, next time you want respond to a o are particular topic being discuss in the thread, make it a habit to always tag or quote the comment or post that you are replaying to to avoid getting your readers confused.. Not everyone likes to read every comment on a page before commenting, there are some people who just reads a comment and straight aways, they respond to that.

And on the topic of the player who collapsed but have been confirmed that he is OK, I support your opinion, the player should please retire because from all indications, he might have some underlying illness that needs to be attended to, since that day wasn't his first time of collapsing in the pitch, it shows how serious a health issue he has, he should better retire and focus on himself for now.

I agree with you, for his medical healthy better Eriksen to retire from football because its second time for him felt bad and collapse on the pitch, IFGC as football federation have heavy regulation for the players get problem medical healthy not allow playing at their domestic league and why Eriksen moving from Inter Milan to Brentford as Premier League club.

This is exactly what I also think  because  it's a serious  issue that has to do with the heart, the first one that happened  few years ago I thought  I was not gonna make it a life, but God saved him he had some suphisticated tools  implant  to enhance  this heart  but which I think he should  stop playing  because  his health  is more important, if he continues  running  he'll  definitely  collapse  again at least  he's  34 years  not every  player plays until  they are 40years. he's tried, he's world class, his name was heard. Really  sorry  for him and I also wish him a quick  recovery.

Erikswn really needs to rest it, given that this is the second time his having to expertise right in the pitch. I wasn’t viewing this game but, I can recall a previous situation, just around the corner flag when he collapsed too. He would still feature in the World Cup eventually, I can imagine the kind of strain this would put on him and the fact that, he’s still hit to manage it and play, given how important he is to the Denmark team. Although, it raises a lot of concern given the kind of pressure that comes with the World Cup and his already collapsing from friendlies, he’s playing time should be closely watched.

Some countries that are getting ready to play the WC are not really prepared if you ask me, is like nothing has changed, for England they still play like they are still playing the qualifiers, too slow to make smaller teams feel the heat. Even with the number of good players that they have, all are playing in bigger clubs around Europe but yet nothing productive, like they are not playing like many expect of them, making opposition always defend but instead they make opposition play without fear, for me England is not as creative as we expect them to be, ever since the lost to Italy that year I don't see them improving at all, is like something went missing from the squad.
Few days back they played New Zealand and it was as if they were playing a stronger side like France or Spain even Argentina, too poor and if not for Harry Kane they game would have ended in a draw, what is going on with the 3 Lions? They don't look like a competitive team and I know many would say is just a friendly, yes it is but making good of the chance to scare countries in the same group by this time is even better, how do you see England in the World Cup?

I enjoy watching these friendly matches too because they give us an idea of how teams are preparing for the World Cup. The only thing I worry about is key players picking up injuries during these games. A friendly match is not worth losing an important player just before the tournament starts.

This is a separation where the game is no longer entertaining. Friendly match are what players do to keep themselves fit, in other words, its a form of training where the players avoid injuries and coaches are more informed and many more things, that's why it makes no sense for people to bet on it because it might be a trap for the players to get injured before the tournament, and that means any player that got injured won't be able to play at the tournament and I think they are really targeting the best players. So that it can easy for to attack.

They're good in attack, but terrible in finishing. Also way too many drama showed by the during the game such as doing diving. They're a good team, but they have to be a less dramatic team.

I just hope this same momentum continues till the beginning of the WC because holding Norway to a draw like you said shows that these guys are ready to represent Africa at the highest level in football, not am easy task but yes Morocco are not ready to be eliminated from the group stage or even leaving the WC too soon, love the energy they are going with, it should motivate other African countries too because with number of good players African have, they need to let the World know that is not only in their club side that they are good but also in their various national teams respectively.
What a game, I thought Morocco was going to receive more goals but after the first goal I had to watch the game from a different angle because the Moroccans still played like the World Cup has started not until that error happened, too bad it ended in a draw but they shouldn't see it as a disappointment but a positive way forward.
