France really played well in this match and attacked the entire time and finally we seen that fire power against a team that really defends well. I'll try to watch it today since the Netherlands could be an opponent for Brazil in the Round of 16

Uzbekistan are not that strong compared to the good players Netherlands have but yet the game was too hard for Netherlands, each time I see England, this same Netherlands and France (if I should add them), the look the same, nothing big about them and I know many would say it's just a friendly game but they can still punish some of these countries they play against before the world cup kicks off, looking at England some days back you'd notice how slow they were in front of goal, same as Netherlands and I wonder what is delaying these guys? I see many of these countries that we think can dominate their group as countries to struggle more in this World Cup games, honestly I can't wait to see what they are all made of.

 I know it's the friendlies and as such the big teams won't put in their all and thrash their opponents especially those paired against smaller teams but so far it's only Belgium and Turkey that have been able to give those high goal margins. Someone said it's the friendlies and as such goals are not going to be much but that shouldn't mean big teams will struggle to win.
 Spain is leading by a solitary goal against Peru and this is a game I respect Luis de la Fuentes men to enjoy seeing as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Iran in their last game. I just hope it doesn't get boring like England's game though.

Before knowing the result, I watched the highlights of the England-New Zealand friendly match. I was expecting a high-scoring game, but it ended 1-0. Both teams played very slowly. I don't know if it was due to the hot weather, but it was a terrible match. England could be the disappointment of this tournament. This isn't just about Kane. The commentator said that Kane's goal in this match was his 76th in international matches, but that number seemed excessive to me. Perhaps he meant to say that he had played his 76th match for England.

When you see the team that is starting, and the once sitting on the bench, you will have to be overwhelmed as an opposition, let’s see what they do with this set of players, because it’s going to be a tremendous challenge to beat this French team.

Personally for me they’re the favorites to win the FIFA World Cup Competition, this team is better than the once that was beaten in the Finals of the World Cup in 2022 by Argentina.

However, they recently disappointed in the game against Ivory Coast and lost so I wouldn't rush into these predictions about them being the main favorites for gold at the World Cup.
Apparently, there have been some problems in the relationship between the French federation and Mbappe lately because of money from sponsorship contracts.
For me, the main favorite at the World Cup is Spain, the current European champion, and a really great team.
France played the European Championship 2024 very poorly and disappointed, so this World Cup is redemption for them.

Sometimes we can say that it's because they are still playing friendly games that's why most of these top countries are not performing well but this same thing might still happen when the World Cup starts properly, though most of these top countries may also be playing safe since the main competition hasn't started to avoid been injurd before the main game starts.

Though football now has changed sometimes we don't get what we expect from these top countries since winning now in football doesn't matter how strong the team was before some of these countries only has big name but doesn't play better again.

Perhaps it was not only because France played the match better, but also because Northern Ireland approached the game too casually and did not put up the same resistance as Ivory Coast did. The Commentator might not be wrong because everything they say especially what the players has achieved or scored are carefully studied by them before they say it or even write some down for them to remember while doing there commentating job, however the way you see the international match regarding the data might not be the same way they meant of how those goals came because someone could be thinking that the 76 goals scored by Harry Kane is from world cup alone without knowing that they also put all the international matches together including friendlies and other national play of the country to come up to this 76 goals.

Morocco was success to hold Norway with the draw. They improved a lot, and it makes me team any african teams play in WC is just far stronger than what they used during Qatar WC. They scored first, but a little mistake made Norway able to equalize the score.

In the second half Norway equalized in the 75th minute scored by Odegaard they kept 54% of the ball in the second half 2 big chances created and 5 total shots. Now Morocco is going to face Brazil in their first match of the WC26. Martin Odegaard was named as player of the match for Norway. And they are going to face Iraq in their first match of the WC26.

Netherland wins it with narrow score. I can only say it's terrible performance. they were so struggle just to beat Uzbekistan, which is at 50th in football men ranking. They may lose their first game against Japan if they play like that. I also don't think they can beat Sweden, which is also having some proper players in their squad.
They are always attacking Uzbekistan, but so many chances missed.

No doubt i saw so many hate for Koeman after the game. The expectation for them are off a cliff now. It's hard to say whether Netherland can topping their group stage.

I don't think problem with inconsistent performance during the friendly matches only because many team not playing full team regarding two pre world cup friendly matches exactly France team face Ivory Coast and Northern Ireland. The pre world cup friendly matches have been over and France national team must be focus for first match in World Cup against Senegal, interested seeing the formation team from Didier Deschamp for the first World Cup match who will play as regular and substitutes players because France full with top talented players.

Spain win the last friendly match against Peru and playing full team for this match, but its not really influence yet if Spain can get three points at first match in World Cup against RD Kongo, who has consistent performance during pre world cup friendly match but get poor result in World Cup match? Lets see two days later the Kick Off World Cup 2026.
