So if people begin to leave the most important thing and them focus on ball possession, it means they don't understand football. A team can have the highest ball possession but that doesn't mean that they are the winner without them scoring goals. Goals are far more important than ball possession. Arsenal was playing a defensive games that was what led to the penalty and aside that psg may have end up scoring that goal if not for the foul that was committed by Arsenal player.

Because if you ask any sports fan or punter they will agree with me that teams with less than 20% ball possession have actually won games against the better team.. and in Arsenal's case I feel they approached this game with fear and that's not the Arsenal way.. if they approached the game with an attack minded approach they would have been victors but unfortunately chose to defend which was the wrong call.. anyway they have learnt something

To whom it may concern, I put it directly to all that it was the most boring UEFA Champions League final ever, yes they've been good with defense since the start of the season and it has been helping them win games no doubt, but I tell you in that match against Paris Saint Germain, they have no clue of what they was doing, they were defending without a plan, make defend The game with an intention of maybe counter attack, but yet that was not it, how they managed to score that one goal is still something I fail to figure out, had it been they came out to play with Paris Saint Germain, maybe then you'd know That the possession was very important, and out of that ball possession they got a penalty that led to their victory.

I agree with you, because when a match goes to penalties, it's all about the mentality of each player. Arsenal were simply unlucky because Jesus and Eze couldn't capitalize on their chances. The pressure of taking penalties in a final is clearly different from that in a regular match.

It's great that they're finally back in Europe highest competition, I'll be looking forward to seeing how Carrick fares in this prestigious event, whether he'll be able to give the same best as he did in the Premier League or whether this season's performance was just luck. Como are lucky to have Cesc Fabregas as their coach, because of him Como are a respected team in Serie A today, but for the UCL their strength may not be enough to talk much in this event, but I will not be too disappointed if they struggle, because one thing is clear, being able to qualify for the UCL alone is an achievement.

Como got a lot of people surprised with their performance in the Italian league they really deserve that position cesc fabregas even deserve some award to qualify Como to the UCL.

But in this match, Arsenal's plan was to score early and focus on the defensive department, but Arsenal's plan failed. It's not coincidence or pure luckiness with a club that went far in two seasons, one season with semi final, and another season with final in UEFA Champions League. Arsenal actually have a very strong and competitive squad and they will continue going far in next seasons but winning Champions League title is very difficult. A winner, a champion has to be very strong but also need support of luckiness too, and Arsenal firstly have to focus on maintain their strength, improve it if possible, perform as best as they can, then can hope that luckiness will come with them in one of future seasons.

Paris Saint-Germain is a team that is dominating practically everything, but it does so because there are large investments behind it and also a very important project, the players are all targeted and sensible purchases, made up of all responsible players who take charge of the team and make it successful, it is rare in today's world to find these characteristics.

PSG has a lot of money. They have not been stingy in strengthening  the squad and buying players. With a lot of money, an experienced manager like Luis enrique has been associated with it. I think the winner for the next season is gonna coming from the current list. I put PSG as my top club to win UCL again next year. You know many of their players are still young, and getting even more matured next year.

It means they're getting closer to their golden age. Their chance to win UCL third times in a row is gonna be greater because they may bring Alvarez to their club. I can't imagine when they have Alvarez, which was carrying Atletico last season in their squad. It's gonna be a crazy year for them.

I never imagined that como will be now playing in the uefa champions league just last season they gained promotion into the Italian seria A.
