What happened::
Hi,
I would like to post this thread as a alert for all asian players who are going to play in BK8, this casino advertise as most trusted asia casino meanwhile, they cleary cheating on winning customers. I'm one of them.
I deposited 3000RM by crypto, I made multiple bets and accumulated 13125RM, I didn't use any bonuses or illegal tactics, I simply placed bets and sometimes lost and sometimes won.
I decided to withdraw my balance to USDT so I made withdrawal request of 3292.53USDT trc20, 24hours passed and I didn't receive my crypto so I tried to login to check what is up.
Then I found out that my account has been suspended, they did not send any information through mail, nothing, so I contacted live chat support and asked what is up with my account.

I was told by live support that I breached their Terms of services and my account is suspended, my balance confiscated but they will let me to login once and withdraw RM2500 which is not even my full deposit. ( I'm not sure, maybe it is but anyway I can't check history because account is suspended)

I did not intend to cheat in their casino, I believe I did not break any ToS, my gameplay was completely normal, mostly esports bets but this is really unacceptable that casino who advertise as most trusted is cleary cheating on winning players by voiding their winnings after they request withdrawal. Most likely if I did not request withdrawal I could keep playing and lose all my balance, there would be no problem.

I also will post my complain on casinoguru, maybe they can help me with resolution but personally I would not recommend this casino to anyone.

They didn't specify which terms were broken? Anyway, regarding your deposit, can't you check the transaction history on whichever payment method you used?

Also, I suggest blurring your name on the screenshot you shared, for your own privacy. You should also send their representative a PM, so that in case they log in again, they can be informed about your issue.

They should be able to tell you which terms of service you breached and not just generalise everything. This is where support staff sometimes suck and just keep giving chatbot-like responses. Anyway, Casinoguru might not help if the case is betting-related, as they don't handle such cases. Keep us updated, but in case Casinoguru does not help, you might as well try other platforms such as Askgamblers.

I'll try to reach BK8, IIRC they're responsive to my request to sit together and discuss matter. For that, OP, I'll ask you to refrain from reaching ADR, so I can try to deescalate the matter without involving other parties. I also need to know if you've withdrawn the initial depo of 2,500 USD. If you haven't, DON'T. If you already have... then this case will become a bigger headache for me.

As you can read in the attached chat log, they didn't want to tell me the exact term. I don't remember from which wallet I made deposit request.

No I did not tell them to unlock account for withdrawal of 2500RM ( it's just MYR not USD), I was feeling the same might happen if I agree for a refund before making a complain.

Be honest, probably holydarkness would help you since he has some good connections with a couple of casinos. Remember, he is just helping voluntarily; he isn't connected with the gambling sites. So don't force him always; just stay updated from this thread. Definitely, he will update when he has something to let you know.

So far since you haven't used any of their offers and bonuses, what terms have you broken? People cheating through multiple accounts for bonuses and offers, according to you, haven't used anything. It means there wasn't something wrong that needed to be identified. Let's wait for holydarkness if he is able to do something for you.
