I know this statement contains many thoughts yes information is power but I realize that not all information is power, they're information that you hear that will instilled fears, uncertains, illusions and weakly. Personal I don't like listening to news about killing, sickness and poverty stories because it will demonize my mind. I learnt the act of masturbation for 15 years I was dying in silence. So positive information is power, negative information is draining (not powerful)
If I am to be asked, I will say it depends on whom the information is given to. Most information could be worthless to you, while it inspires others positively. breaks people down, while the same information makes an impact on others.What actually makes information powerful is all about the impact the information gives to society.
Most information is meant to be withheld from the public to prevent people from being traumatized by it. Information is not just power but potential power, which can help in so many ways when you utilize it carefully.
