On the other hand you also say that funds are processed from exchanges such as Gateio and others, wouldn't it be better if we did it ourselves without your service intermediary.

The user @albon raised a few important questions about your service two posts above, i'm sure you read it, but chose to ignore and continue the generic promotion of your service. Your service seems to make false and bogus claims to lure people to use it, and we know how that usually ends, with people losing their money if they deposit a large amount of money.

I don't recommend this service and i don't think anybody should use it. At least until op provides good answers to the red flags that have been raised already.

It’s been 9 days and he still hasn’t addressed any of the questions I asked him. He continues posting  a marketing posts and this is a common approach with new swap services here, as when you ask for transparency, they keep posting marketing content instead of providing any clear answers.

These false claims, especially the claim it has been active for over 5 years which doesn’t look true are suspicious. This can mislead users into trusting this platform.

I will leave a neutral trust rating.

The logic is simple, When you can't convince your potential customers then why do we trust your service? Instead of being able to convince customers, you actually make a bad rebranding.
When you have a question you are silent in a thousand languages, as if you don't care but on the other hand you continue to promote the service and hope that someone will make a transaction on your site.

Site that will end in 3 months.

This skepticism is not unfounded, it is too risky for a reckless, promoted site.

You didn't make promises, That's different.

You made false claims instead of the truth and that's what exit scam projects often do. Even if it's not an exit scam, providing false information alone is enough to lose trust.

They try to look legitimate by using false info that makes customers believe they're dealing with an experienced service in the field.

Why would anyone try a service surrounded by many red flags and unanswered questions?

Also, exchanging a small amount doesn't prove legitimacy. Many fraudulent platforms process small transactions without any issue at first, then scam users once larger amounts are involved then disappear.
