The domain is registered for only a year. That creates a trust issue and instantly raises a false flag.

I have used Bitrefill for many cards but not Amazon Pay cards. They are having it anyway but often it goes out of stock. In such situations you just have to wait it out or click on the notify button to make sure you get the update when they are restocked.

One more thing you can do is pre-buy cards when they are in stock but dont unseal them. Unseal them when you need them. That way the validity period does not start its countdown right on the day of buying but the day of unsealing.

@OP Could you please remove your post, at least the last line? All the Gift Card portals are dried up of Amazon Pay Gift Cards in India. Let's not dry up the last source of supply.
