What's your problem with feedback written in Spanish? Do you have a problem with it but not with feedback written in Russian or German?
I didn't say I have a problem with it (although I can't read it). What makes you ask? Tongue

[...] "success" defined as being respected while making some kind of income on the forum.
In my opinion, the most successful forum users are those whose post history consists of posts written in these sections (higher than the staff category... whom I would place in third place).

Code:
Bitcoin Technical Support
Development & Technical Discussion
Project Development
Mining

For better understanding, I PM users like stwenhao several times a year and ask if he's changed his mind (offering to rent his signature).

These people are the core of the forum. If I had the choice of taking into the campaign only one person who publishes posts in the technical section or a user with 7000 merits, I would choose the first option.

Really, I am a category? Lol Tongue

Of course you are, but really it should be broken up into two categories; robovak and switzerland.

Does postive feedback from ChiBitCTy count as "from Collectible"?

If so, then my count is 280, otherwise it's only 230.  And I can argue that my trusted neutral could just as easily be counted as a positive, but I discounted 10 points because I'm fair like that.

is it possible to get a clean sweep? except banned maybe or just get banned as the ultimate final swan dive when all the other categories get checked off.

I would prefer that to a "Goodbye Cruel Bitcointalk" attention whoring thread.

What's your problem with feedback written in Spanish? Do you have a problem with it but not with feedback written in Russian or German?
I didn't say I have a problem with it (although I can't read it). What makes you ask? Tongue

I don't have a problem reading the one in Spanish, the one I can't figure out is this one:

It's just ASCII text art. I pasted it into AI, b/c couldn't tell what it was. It says:

Quote
The first three lines clearly form the letters of "Pardon", and the final () is often used as a decorative element or to represent the last letter in a stylized way.

I see it now. Although, I think AI is wrong about the "()" usage. I think it's supposed to be a "!" at the end of the word. As for the context, no idea.

"more Merit than Activity" or even better: "More Merit than posts" for a few rare users.

These things could be hard to maintain for years but for users with over 1000 posts having more merits than posts is a bit of a rarefied air.

Is this what turned me into a category?
It's the nerdiest form of performance art I've ever seen.
You planned all that for months like a bank robber plans a getaway.
I like this one Smiley

No you were a category long before that.

How are we supposed to count this? Just add them all up? Let's see:

Lol, its clearly not supposed to be cumulative as its defined as a scale not a points system. You get +90, that's it  Tongue

Yeah that's kind of what I had in mind except you also subtract your lowest score on the negative side from your highest score on the positive side.

I didn't say I have a problem with it (although I can't read it). What makes you ask? Tongue

It makes me ask that I am Spanish.

Quite simply, it doesn’t look good to me to include ‘Spanish’ in the context of something negative, even if you then say that the neutral shouldn’t be counted as negative.

It doesn’t really fit with who you are to have something against all speakers of a language – which would be a form of pseudo-racism at the very least – but it’s just as strange as if I were to suggest

You're looking for more than there was behind that comment:

Yes! In Spanish. Although I'd argue "neutral" shouldn't be counted as a negative.
If you look at my DT feedback, there's only one neutral, and that one is in Spanish. I mentioned it because it's factual, and it stands out. I have nothing against Spanish Smiley

If you asked me to name the top users in the forum's history, I'd probably name 5. And your name was in the same league as Laszlo, Lauda, and Loyce. Therefore, you personally shouldn't worry about your status, as your name and reputation put you among the top. I just gave an example of who really sets the pace here on the forum. But at the same time, if there were two Vod on the forum, I'd choose the one who posts in the PD section.

Do you have that same criteria for all campaigns? Casino campaigns as well?
I understand where you're going with this, but you're missing the point that signature campaigns are 100% "product placement" advertising. That's why the campaigns I manage are mostly long-term... because my conversations with clients begin with the words, "It'll be wasted marketing dollars if you don't plan to be here for at least six months."

Advertising works when you see famous names day after day, when you don't skim a post but read it twice... over time, you subconsciously begin to perceive the advertised brand as exceptionally reliable precisely because you trust the author's name and content.

Furthermore, if you notice, there are no mega-threads in the technical sections... a question is asked... a couple of pages of discussion and that's it, the thread dies out because in technical sections you can't add gibberish to a constructive discussion.

Furthermore, the answers of tech-savvy users always appear on the first page, as their experience and knowledge allow them to quickly project an answer to a question. Therefore, if such people participate in your campaign, you will always be the undisputed leader here on the forum, even if your budget is several times smaller than your competitors.

By the way, among the gabling campaigns, Duelbits is currently the forum's driving force, as it includes exactly the kind of users I'm talking about. I try to maintain contact with such posters and always find a slot for them, even at the cost of removing another user from the campaign, as it's purely business. However, after eXch closed, I wasn't able to accommodate them all, so I had to work hard to find slots for them.

I'm sure you know this, but officially it's known as "brand awareness". Arguably it's the most critical function of advertising, as without awareness, there is no brand that customers can be aware off (the obvious part). It also cuts both ways: users will associate good brands with good users and likewise poor brands with bad users. Similar to how in the mainstream good brands are associated with popular adverts, shit brands are associated with annoying adverts, regardless of the quality of the actual brand ironically. Some might call the psychology hogwash, but from personal experience building up a business recently, the second year of advertising saw two to three fold interest, after the first year of investment was more of an investment sink into the scheme. The same advertising method was applied, the customer demand hadn't changed and remained stable, but the outcome was exponential rather than linear as someone might expect (including myself to be honest). It's easy from a brand perspective to see that it's wasted money when there is little to no economic benefit for the first 6-12 months, but that's just how advertising and the subconscious consumer operates. It's therefore not actually about a brand being around for a year that makes them appear reliable, but instead the recognition over that time period from customers. This is probably why we see so many exit scams from certain companies (you know which ones I mean), because after a few months they feel like they aren't getting to where they want to be already and don't have the patience or capital to see things through. They want to compete with competitors that have been around for 4-5 years already, but are completely oblivious to the reason why and how those companies became successful.

I even provided my primary source of advertising (and thus revenue) the results from the second year over the first, even they seem surprised by that outcome and they've been advertising brands for over a decade  Roll Eyes
