I recently realised that 1win has started a campaign sponsoring independent porn actors with high payments just to wear branded merchandise and put sponsored segments within their profiles and videos.

This was so crazy to me at first especially considering how big of a casino 1win is. They're licensed in several countries and also hold a Curacao license trying to attract users worldwide even in countries where they don't hold a direct license.

Reading a bit into it though it doesn't sound very surprising. 1win was completely banned from operating in the UK and this was in part because they featured nude dealers on their online live games... They've been seeking unconventional marketing even when they were operating with more licenses than now. Now that they lost some licenses they even amped up the quirkiness of their marketing to the extent that they make direct deals with porn actors.

I have known casinos to always use those illegal sites liek the ones that allow users to download pirated contents as well as those which upload adult contents, but never have I seen them actually feature a pornster in their site (apart from a certain site that came up in this forum and branded themselves as a porn gambling site or something like that but they did have a lot of NSFW contents on the platform).

I think a lot of them are going to lean towards porn, because they are going to be able to attract more users, especially men, when content like nudes is associated with their site.

Not really sure if this is good though for the market itself. This two is a separate industry and I haven't seen any cross-over even in Vegas. But perhaps they think that they can cornered that market too that's why they did that move.

But let's see, if could back fired on them in the end as there could be gamblers in their platform that doesn't want to see that kind of promotion.

They would rather stick to casinos that is just for pure gambling.

Casinos are for adults, even though this means that the porn aspect in casinos is a bit intense, but this means that things are very different because the casino is for adults, they can do it but it's grotesque, it's something that can look bad. If we compare this casino with others, the others don't include porn, but porn must pay very well and that's why this casino has made that decision.

Pornography and gambling have something very obvious in common, they are both industries which are exclusively aimed towards adults, and it makes some sense if a casino wants to get more potential gamblers, they will try to advertise on sites and communities in which there is a high concentration of adults with money on their pockets, right?

Also, I have noticed gambling services and casinos ahev grown quite bold in terms of advertising likely, Duel has gone crazy with their blackjack tables, allowing edgy and national socialist jokes to go all around, and now we have this casino you mentioned going for nudity.

It seems soon will reach an era in which casinos will fight even harder to catch gamblers attention with riskier strategies.

One might also wonder whether advertising casinos in bars or combining gambling ads with alcohol is appropriate. Porn is popular, just like alcohol, and is also legal from a certain age. It's no coincidence that age requirements tie all of this together.
Of course, there's also the issue of ethics, but I think the concept of ethics in the gambling world is quite flexible, so I'm not surprised at all by porn stars advertising a casino. The only question is whether the casino wants to use this type of marketing. We'll see if other casinos follow 1Win's idea.

I don't think so because linking porn directly to the casino is stretching it quite a bit but it’s common for casinos to feature attractive women in their adverts. That’s because images that evoke sexuality stimulate dopamine and testosterone, which leads people to take more risks. Not to mention the subliminal message that if you win at the casino, you’ll also walk away with an attractive woman. Although that desire to take more risks usually ends up backfiring on the player.

Possibly, because porn is related to compulsive behavior, so it's likely casino operators wish to take advantage of that for their own interests too, as compulsive individuals are prone to gambling (and prone to spending considerable sums of money for ephemeral pleasures).

However, as you mentioned, they can't win in every cases when going for this marketing strategy, as they lose points with regulators who will ban them from operating on determined countries. Therefore, it's something casinos have to take into the equation when making their decision.

I think casino won't follow this 1win's weird marketing. I have been aware they doing this for years, and i was also reading so many negative feedback to them. Their marketing trick ain't get positive result, and it's just making them even worst.
That's why they deserve to be called as 1loss instead of 1win. They way they're marketing their platform is so ass.

I think ads in porn site is good if thats a clean one. But I refuse to have a gambling site goes low that even on nude actors and actresses showcasing an ads. Thats below the belt and not inhumane. If they are legit casino, they can try to advertise it with a very decent campaign or marketing. No need to go for that shamelessly approach.

That'll ridiculous, don't you think? Yeah, it is marketing, trying to make their product popular and attractive. Using nude dealers is a way to keep men hooked. The set of gender that are the most in gambling are men, and men are attracted to things they see, so it's all a marketing strategy, and I guess it worked out well for them in terms of gaining more bettors.

Alot of young people are into porn, both male and female. Using porn for ads will certainly make your product reach more people. I feel it's a good marketing strategy, it's all about business I guess.

But going all out and branding with actual porn, and not just advertising on their website will be crazy. I don't think it will get to that point. That'll be too extreme.

I did a quick search, and it showed that there are billions of visits towards these big pornsites every single MONTH. Imagine the amount of traffic these porn websites are getting. Billions of visits, and every person doing the visit could be their potential customer.

This is why it's not surprising why 1win opted to pay these pornstars just to show their branding towards other people. There could be billions or even just millions of people out there that are watching it, and every single one of them is a potential customer. Aside from 1win, I haven't seen any online gambling website out there that are paying pornstars to promote them. I don't know if this will be the trend that these casinos are doing, but if this turned out to be a successful marketing campaign for 1win, many might try and do the same as well.

I just don't want the fact though that they're pushing dealers to be nude on their live online games, but as for advertising thru these big porn websites? I don't see anything wrong with it, and at the end of the day there's nothing that I can do to it. Like what I said, there are many visitors of these websites every single month.

I don't know about that as that will depend on their marketing. If they thinks the way can push their popularity among other casinos, they will follow and vice versa. That might be the next trends in gambling industry, casinos wants to use different methods that will works better. We will see how far this running and what will happens next on gambling industry.

I'm pretty sure that they have some team who's in charge in marketing and definitely studied that the porn industry is a good target due to its traffic, which is one of their goal. Their goal is to show their platform as many viewers as possible, either in television, banners in whatever website and in this instance through adult actor's profiles. It's is not that surprising at all since it's literally a lot of traffics in adult websites and if they spend money their, there's also a chance that they would spend money on gambling sites.

First of all, this proves the direction our younger generation is heading in. Casinos know that many young people watch porn, and this industry is experiencing growing demand. For casinos, it doesn’t matter what the content is; if the viewership is high and the audience matches their target demographic, they will go to any extent to promote their platform.

I have also seen porn stars promoting casinos on their social media accounts. I’ve come across multiple Instagram reels advertising the 1win casino. I am sure this type of promotion will attract even more attention in the future.

This is not new because a lot of people try to do it and have given the porn industry that kind of advertising. I'm not sure if it's regulated, though, because there would be banking risks involved, and we might not know about any restrictions.

I'm not sure if that's a good approach by 1win to continue this type of advertising. I don't know if it would help them when they become bigger or something. Big casinos tend to stay away with something like this.

Right now I don't know the answer to this question because I think it depends on whether it is productive or not. If it is, of course other gambling sites will follow. Using pornstars to market products that have nothing to do with pornography is not proper, pornography is an exclusive industry where anything that has to do with it should be for exclusive viewings. I believe that gamblers who watch pornography would rather only see what concerns pornography when they are on their sites not when they want to gamble. I saw this kind of marketing before on pornsite especially pornhub the first time they introduced crypto acceptance as mode of payment. IIRC they do partner with $XVG(Verge) token before.

That move towards cryptocurrency acceptance create some interest on crypto promotion on that platform. I saw even 1xbet/1xbit and other casino promoting in there.

Current marketing just level up now since some porn actress directly incorporates the brand on the actual scene like printing the casino logo on their ass.

I think quite a few people have noticed this: many adult film actresses are sponsored by 1win and other crypto casinos, and it would be interesting to find out how much they’re paid.
Now, I don’t think there’s a clear link between owning crypto and watching adult content, but adult sites are mainly visited by men, and statistics show that it’s mainly men who own crypto (although I’ve never really understood why).
Then, you know how it is, as they can’t advertise freely in the mainstream media, they have to carve out a space for themselves within services that allow this type of advertising.
