We are currently in direct communication with the user involved in the case that was reported on KycNot about a year ago.
Since then, we have made significant progress as a platform, and we are now working with him toward a refund from our side to resolve the matter properly.
better late than never i guess, but it is very and i mean VERY concerning that it has been so long and the case is yet to be resolved.
We will keep you updated as soon as there are any developments, including if he updates his public comment.
i hope he gets his refund soon.
FYI, we currently have a $5,000 security deposit with OrangeFren, which will be increased to $25,000 this month. We also have a $2,000 security deposit with Trevoid, which will be increased to $5,000 this month.
the security deposits are good, and i'm all for it, but it also gives a false sense of security we just had another exchange pull an exit scam while having $20k with different escrows.
so users across all platforms can feel safe and confident using our service.
want people to feel safe and confident using your site, be more transparent and cut the NO KYC bullshit, and other misleading marketing.
