And let's be clear: if the US government wanted to change Bitcoin, it could change Bitcoin. Yes, a few "hardcores" could refuse to use the fork that the US ordered all banks and brokers use--the only one that could officially be called "Bitcoin" lest the US prosecute somebody for trademark violation
Guess what The US ain't the only control in the world China years ago had one of the highest hashrate But Bitcoin still survived it's ban because it's not own or limited to a single country. Guess what: the USA is not China. US citizens probably own most of the supply of BTC, and US companies keep most of the supply of BTC on people's behalves. If the US says, "Bitcoin will make code changes XYZ", there will be a new fork with those changes, and that is what Binance, CoinBase, and the top-100 crypto companies in the world will support. And that would be the only codebase that could legally be called "Bitcoin" in the US dominion, and in the dominion of many other countries that the US could bully into submission. If a few small countries and a few hundred hardcores called their non-altered codebase, "Bitcoin", they would be prosecuted by the US government. Sorry, but the idea that "Bitcoin can't be touched by the US government" is total bullshit. The reason they haven't touched Bitcoin is because they don't want to--because a lot of US voters don't want them to--not because it's "impossible".

Guess what It won't force all nodes around the world to adopt those changes Nor can it prosecute everybody around the world. There was a time Coinbase threatened to leave the US Even if some do it's never certain Immutability is one of Bitcoin strength And they know once it lost that they loss as well Because trust had been killed. Keeping constant that people ain't stupid.

If you expect neutral things other than bitcoin as you mentioned then the world condition will not be fine because when too many neutral things exist then in the end the system that has been organized cannot run properly and it can be a disaster. There will be no such thing as neutral when it comes to a country or common interest because there will always be situations where it is beneficial and detrimental but because since the beginning of bitcoin is a contradiction of the system then they cannot intervene even though there is always a push to try to stop it from developing too quickly but they will not be able to intervene and if there is something else that will be created and is neutral again then it is certain that the government will close quickly so as not to harm the system they have built.

Guess what It won't force all nodes around the world to adopt those changes They wouldn't have to force anybody directly: your BTC would be worth $10,000 on the US-approved fork, and $1.49 on the one you approve of. You would be totally free to use any fork you wanted, but not free to access the benefits of the US financial system. And not free to call your fork, "Bitcoin". [NOTE: this is getting off-topic so I created this thread to continue the discussion.]

Of course bitcoin is the only currency what is really neutral in the world but however still is not beyond some government from shutting down its use by their citizen to an extent but yet people could still use it but not within government support or lawfully.
I could agree with you to an extent that yeah the world might need more neutral things because since most countries will probably not ever go in alignment with each other and remain enemy country then I think I will agree that neutral things and place will be needed soon.
Bitcoin is one and the paradigm shift that has brought the independent and decentralized economy, more will align as time keeps going.

I don't think bitcoin falling this massively is not new thing that is happening, if am right the last time bitcoin decline this very low was in 2023 with a 77% after creating an all time high . Currently the bitcoin price has declined as low as 55% from it originall all time high it created las time . This might be as reason due to investor pulling thier money out bitcoin and investing in AI and tech stock opportunities , reducing the capital flow in bitcoin. For now I don't think one should b looking for buy bitcoin at moment in time .

It is item that we begin to see the positivity of running a decentralized economy, after knowing that the government controlled financial economy as filled us over the years, the power to control our finances has been transferred to an individual responsibility to determine how their financial circumstances is being treated, and security lies under everyone's jurisdiction to determine what they want, not only that, but bitcoin has proved a more profitables digital network than the traditional system that already failed, this is why we see bitcoin as the solution to what the current generation wants.

I understand your reasoning in this post especially on the part of the world needing a neutral currency that is not controlled by anyone, that being where Bitcoin rightly fit in, the truth remains that such a time will not come now and it's going to take a lot of time to achieve that. If you zoom out a little, you will notice that gold almost fit into this too but Bitcoin offers more freedom and anti censorship than gold. My point has always been that Bitcoin will exist side by side with the fiat systems and will not aspire to replace it irrespective of the rivalry that exists in the world's economies.
I agree to an extent bitcoin definitely has qualities that make it a strong neutral asset since no single government or institution control it but realistically were still a long way from a world where it replaces fiat currencie if we look at history gold came close to being a universal store of value yet fiat systems still remained bitcoin offers advantages that gold does not like easier transfers and stronger resistance to censorship but i don’t see it completely taking over rather i think bitcoin and fiat will continue to exist side by side with each serving its own role in the global financial system.

As time goes on, the world may need a neutral A.I, a neutral internet infrastructure and a neutral money.
What kind of abstract subject is the world? There has never been anything neutral and there never will be. There will be no neutral AI, no neutral Internet, and there has never been and will never be neutral money. But if one day there is a single state and a single government on the planet, even then there will be nothing neutral (neutral about what?). But such a future is unlikely in the coming decades. Neutral systems like you said has never worked because each States has personal interest on how to govern it, even if there is a Central government which I believe might not work, it will remain unneutral. The government will implement laws that suits and protects there system. Bitcoin has been seen as alternative and proven to be a neutral means of exchange override fiat in many outstanding ways.

It is only a matter of time before the price of btc will go up again. And so it is up to the holder whether he will stay here or not. That is why only those who can withstand the roller coaster ride of this market, can really make a good profit. Up until now, btc still holds its position despite of over a decase of existence of other alts. A lot have tried to overthrow bitcoin and yet, they were not successful to do so. Just look at the forked coins, aiming to surpass btc, the couldn't. So many alts also try to topple the position of btc, but they couldn't. Hence, I would say, btc remains the strongest one in this crypto market. Hard to replace or collapse this market.

Every Fiat currency ultimately reflects the following; national interests, geopolitical power and political incentives.
With evidence we can agree that Bitcoin is different because it is politically neutral. No country of the world can print more of it, sanction issuance or alter supply.
As time goes on, the world may need a neutral A.I, a neutral internet infrastructure and a neutral money.
When we talk neutral money, we can se that Bitcoin is the closest to that, if not that already
Thats very true. If you think about it thats how bitcoin was designed and the goal of Satoshi is to use it freely without any interference from a third party. Also the fixed supply becomes a standard set for this blockchain currency of bitcoin to limit its quantity obviously to take advantage too of its scarce approach. In anyway bitcoin will be neutral money fot everyone and around the globe thats likely the best candidate for that purpose.
