On Phase 2, there's something worth clearing up before things get going.

You posted "Phase 2 starts now" today, but the Round of 32 has already started. So when did Phase 2 actually start? Did it start "now" with this post, or did it start with the first knockout match, Canada–Ecuador, which I'm guessing is the real beginning of the round? If it's the latter and that match already counts, then it would make sense to post the leaderboard so far, so everyone can see where Phase 2 actually stands at this point.
The bigger thing is that the rules still haven't been posted. dzonikg just asked the same things I did: are live bets still allowed, what exactly is a "short-term market," does something like "corner in the first 10 minutes" count or not. None of that has been answered yet, and the phase is already open.

So it would be good to get, written clearly in this thread:

- The exact list of excluded markets: specific tabs and market types, not just the word "short-term."
- Whether there's still no limit on the number of bets, as originally stated.
- Whether bets on Round of 32 matches that have already finished (like Canada–Ecuador) count toward Phase 2.

It's hard for anyone to build a strategy while the rules of the phase aren't defined yet. Posting the full ruleset before the next matches would keep everyone on the same starting line.
