01. WHAT IS ZOKA QUANTIC?Zoka Quantic is an independent, privacy-focused Layer 1 blockchain developed in Rust, combining zero-knowledge proofs, hybrid post-quantum cryptography, and CPU-accessible Proof of Work.
The project is built around three fundamental principles:
PRIVACY — DECENTRALIZATION — QUANTUM RESILIENCEMost public blockchains expose transaction histories, balances, and financial relationships to anyone capable of analyzing the ledger.
Zoka approaches financial privacy differently.
Its private payment architecture allows the network to verify transaction validity without publicly revealing the sender, recipient, transferred amount, or consumed private note.
Zoka Quantic also integrates post-quantum cryptographic components into note encryption, node authentication, and peer-to-peer communication.
Rather than relying exclusively on traditional elliptic-curve cryptography, the project is developing a layered cryptographic architecture designed to address both current privacy requirements and emerging quantum-computing threats.
Our objective:To make private, self-custodial digital payments accessible through ordinary computers, Android devices, and web browsers.
02. THE THREE FOUNDATIONS OF ZOKAI. PRIVACY BY DESIGNPrivacy is a fundamental part of the protocol, not an additional feature users must manually enable.
The Quantic v2 private pool uses STARK-based zero-knowledge proofs to authorize transactions while protecting sensitive payment information.
Key properties:
• Private transaction amounts
• Private sender and recipient information
• Hidden spending relationships within the private pool
• Cryptographic transaction validation
• Self-custodial wallet architecture
• User-controlled viewing capabilities
II. DECENTRALIZATION THROUGH ACCESSIBILITYZoka uses RandomX Proof of Work, a CPU-oriented mining algorithm.
The objective is to make participation possible using conventional computer hardware rather than requiring specialized mining infrastructure.
The ecosystem supports independently operated nodes, CPU mining, and locally managed wallets.
The public testnet is still developing its node distribution and currently uses team-signed checkpoints. Broader independent participation remains an important decentralization objective.
III. POST-QUANTUM CRYPTOGRAPHYQuantum computing presents a potential long-term threat to cryptographic systems that rely on vulnerable public-key algorithms.
Zoka Quantic integrates multiple cryptographic mechanisms to address different aspects of that threat.
These include STARK-based spending authorization, ML-KEM-768 for hybrid note encryption, and ML-DSA-65 for node authentication.
Post-quantum protection is component-specific. The project does not claim that its entire system has already received independent security certification.
03. ZERO-KNOWLEDGE TECHNOLOGY: STARKs, PLONKY3 AND POSEIDON2The transition to Quantic v2 represents a significant architectural evolution.
The previous Zoka network used different zero-knowledge constructions.
Quantic v2 adopts a STARK-based private spending system.
Core technologies:• STARK — Scalable Transparent Arguments of Knowledge
• Plonky3 — Modular cryptographic proving framework
• Poseidon2 — ZK-friendly cryptographic permutation
• FRI — Polynomial proximity and verification technology
• Hash-based spending authorization
• Transparent proof construction without a trusted setup
The purpose of this architecture is to allow a user to prove authorization to spend private funds without revealing the underlying private note.
Network validators can check that a payment satisfies the protocol rules without requiring the complete financial information to become public.
Why does this matter?Traditional blockchain signatures commonly rely on elliptic-curve cryptography.
Zoka Quantic's private spending authorization does not require ECDSA/secp256k1 signatures.
Instead, it uses hash-based STARK proofs, reducing reliance on elliptic-curve signature security in this critical part of the payment system.
The design also avoids the trusted-setup requirement associated with certain earlier zero-knowledge proof constructions.
04. POST-QUANTUM NOTE ENCRYPTION: X-WINGProtecting spending authorization is only one part of private payments.
The encrypted information delivered to a transaction recipient must also remain confidential.
Zoka Quantic uses
X-Wing hybrid key encapsulation for encrypted recipient notes.
X-Wing combines:
ML-KEM-768 + X25519ML-KEM-768 provides a standardized post-quantum key-encapsulation mechanism.
X25519 provides a classical elliptic-curve key-agreement component.
The hybrid construction combines these mechanisms to derive encryption secrets for recipient notes.
The payment-encryption architecture also uses authenticated symmetric encryption, including ChaCha20-Poly1305.
This design addresses the risk commonly described as:
"Harvest Now, Decrypt Later."An adversary may record encrypted network data today and attempt to decrypt it in the future using more capable computing technology.
Zoka's use of ML-KEM is intended to strengthen the confidentiality of encrypted payment notes against this class of future attack.
Important distinction:X-Wing protects encrypted note contents. It is not itself a replacement for consensus or transaction authorization.
05. POST-QUANTUM NODE IDENTITIES AND P2P SECURITYZoka Quantic extends its cryptographic architecture beyond wallet transactions.
The network integrates post-quantum components into node authentication and peer communication.
Technologies:• ML-DSA-65 — Post-quantum digital signatures
• QUIC — Modern network transport
• iroh — Peer-to-peer connectivity
• X25519MLKEM768 — Hybrid key establishment for network sessions
• Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 — Hybrid signed checkpoints
• Peer discovery and persistent seed connections
ML-DSA-65 is a standardized post-quantum digital-signature algorithm.
Unlike conventional elliptic-curve signature schemes, ML-DSA is based on lattice cryptography.
Its integration helps protect node authentication against cryptographic threats associated with future quantum computers.
The testnet also uses hybrid signed checkpoints to identify the team's reference chain.
These checkpoints provide operational protection against conflicting chains during testing, while introducing an explicit trust dependency on the checkpoint authority.
The long-term objective is to expand independent network participation without compromising verification or security.
06. RANDOMX PROOF OF WORK — CPU MININGZoka Quantic uses RandomX as its Proof-of-Work mining algorithm.
RandomX is designed to perform efficiently on general-purpose processors, supporting CPU-oriented participation.
Network characteristics:• Consensus: Proof of Work
• Mining algorithm: RandomX
• Target block interval: 120 seconds
• Difficulty adjustment: ASERT
• Mining interface: Stratum
• External miner compatibility: XMRig
• Solo CPU mining support
• Standard consumer hardware participation
Mining can be performed using supported computers without requiring the purchase of specialized ASIC hardware.
RandomX does not make mining competition or hardware centralization impossible, but CPU accessibility is an important part of Zoka's participation model.
07. THREE WALLETS. ONE PRIVATE NETWORK.The Quantic v2 ecosystem supports private payments across three different environments.

The November 4, 2026 interoperability tests recorded confirmed payments in blocks:
#4,789 — #4,791 — #4,809These tests demonstrated that the three clients could generate and process private transactions using the same Quantic v2 protocol.
This is a functional testnet milestone, not a claim of completed security auditing or production readiness.
09. ZOKASCAN — TRANSPARENCY WITHOUT EXPOSING PRIVATE PAYMENTSA privacy blockchain must still provide verifiable information about its operation.
ZokaScan is the official explorer for the Zoka Quantic network.
Public information includes:
• Block heights and hashes
• Network difficulty
• Estimated network hashrate
• Block production statistics
• Supply and issuance information
• Transaction activity
• Checkpoint information
• Network synchronization data
However, private payment information is not publicly exposed in the same manner as traditional transparent blockchains.
Observers can verify that blocks and transactions exist without automatically discovering the sender, recipient, or transferred amount.
Optional viewing-key functionalityZokaScan also supports wallet-specific balance inspection using a viewing key processed within the browser.
This permits authorized visibility without publishing private financial information to the explorer's public database.
A viewing key cannot authorize spending, but anyone possessing it may be able to inspect the corresponding wallet's private activity. It should therefore be treated as sensitive information.

10. OPTIONAL TOR NETWORK PRIVACYPrivate transactions and anonymous network communication are different security properties.
Zero-knowledge cryptography protects financial information.
It does not automatically hide a user's IP address from network observers.
Zoka provides optional Tor-based connectivity in supported clients and configurations.
Tor can add a separate network-privacy layer by reducing direct exposure of the user's network address.
Tor is optional and is not a substitute for transaction cryptography.
11. DEVELOPMENT STATUS — NOVEMBER 2026ZOKA QUANTIC IS CURRENTLY IN PUBLIC TESTNET.Quantic v2 was introduced on October 29, 2026, replacing the previous experimental network.
The current development stage includes:
• Operational STARK-based private transaction system
• Hybrid post-quantum encrypted recipient notes
• ML-DSA node authentication
• RandomX mining
• Desktop, web, and Android wallet implementations
• Documented cross-platform private payment tests
• Public block explorer
• Active node and API development

Mainnet status:The production mainnet remains a future milestone.
The mainnet is intended to launch from its own Genesis Block.
The retired Zenith network and Quantic testnet balances are not migrated into the production network.
Testnet coins have no monetary value. There is currently no claim of exchange listing or market valuation for testnet ZKA.
Security and development transparency:Post-quantum cryptography involves multiple layers of the protocol, and using post-quantum algorithms does not automatically establish end-to-end security.
Zoka remains experimental. Further testing, independent cryptographic review, operational decentralization, and mainnet readiness work are necessary.
We encourage technical review, testing, and constructive feedback.

THE FUTURE OF FINANCIAL PRIVACYBlockchains introduced publicly verifiable digital ownership.
The next challenge is preserving that verifiability without requiring everyone to expose their financial lives.
At the same time, advances in quantum computing require serious consideration of the cryptographic assumptions behind digital ownership.
Zoka Quantic is exploring how zero-knowledge proofs, post-quantum cryptography, and accessible Proof of Work can coexist in one independent blockchain.
