I assume Wind_FURY considers storing bitcoins on an offline PC the most secure method, as there are no intermediaries, even if it's just the device manufacturer.
Yes, I know that. It is the best among them all for people that value their privacy. I just do not like how common hardware wallets are making mistakes of letting bad people know some information about their customers. Ledger is the worst in this.

By the way, I'm curious, does Wind_FURY use file system encryption on his offline PC (even if he eliminates online threats, offline threats still exist)? Also, are there backups?
If you use Electrum and it is password protected, that is enough. Any wallet file backup will automatically be encrypted.

Also definitely, there would be backups. Wallet on an airgapped devices and all other wallets need backups.

I have also a SafePal, a Ledger Nano S, and a Trezor Safe 3 as well. But I haven't used them yet. But I will start using the Trezor Safe 3 when the security updates from Trezor.io stop.

What is the point of buying them if you are not using them? Are you giving the hardware wallet for reviews? LEDGER Nano S has been existing since a very long time ago and it remain one of the hardware wallet that I can not use, including the remaining of Ledger Nano hardware wallets. I will prefer Trezor Safe 3.

I'm a Trezor One user, so I bought the Ledger Nano S-Plus to try another brand. I bought the Trezor Safe 3 to try another model of the Trezor wallet.

Both of them are there in my drawer and I haven't tried them. Haha.

Which Safepal? Is the Safepal latest wallets open source? All I know about the wallet was that it is close source and one of the wallet that I can not use.

SafePal X1.

No encryption, but I should have probably done that. Plus yes there are two back ups, hidden in locations that are not in my house.

Not sure how their latest devices (X1) are compared to the first model... but even if we ignore the fact that they're closed source, The safepal S1 device is by far the worst device I have ever used. I do realize it's cheap (or used to be at least) but the user experience is just horrible in my opinion. For that amount (49.99$) I'd add a couple of dollars and grab a Safe 3 instead.
