This is right on the money, difference between true passion for this technology and brief profit. Investors with thirst for knowledge of the network do not find technical discussions or research boring, it is part of their daily routine. On contrary, people that trade only for quick money mostly find themselves overtrading and lose interest very soon because there is no real interest in the trading. Reminder to take care of yourself and your sleep schedule is super important, too. Many traders destroy their health watching the price movement at midnight and they think that it will change based on their monitoring. What I would like to add is the ability to unlearn stuff. There are some ideas or knowledge people have about Bitcoin that are wrong, and they have refused to unlearn them and learn the right knowledge. They prefer to stick to what they know.
This doesn't end with Bitcoin, but it cuts across all areas of life.

Most users feels that once they understand the fundamentals basics of Bitcoin, there's no need to learn again.

However, Bitcoin is a progressive technology ecosystem that evolve continuously.

Re- learning Bitcoin is extremely very important because some specific ideas/ knowledge year's back and now , may no longer be enough for the present today .

Firstly people need to read and learn.
Apply / practice what they learn with either test net or main net, should start with test net.
Learn more or learn again with things they are unsure or do wrong.

I would rather say keep and maintain a continuous learning process with bitcoin, which everyone is supposed to do. Re learning sounds a bit awkward as you don't relearn something you already know, you only add more knowledge to it and if there's some old knowledge that no longer work or is invalid, you simply learn and get updated. No one is a master of Blockchain, because where you smartness ends is where some people's smartness begins, so I understand that we should never stop learning about Blockchain in general but you sound somehow using re-learning bitcoin, things are changing in the world, things are surely evolving but bitcoin remains the same, with it's utilities, it never changed, it's still decentralised and the supply stays the same, AI is becoming big nowadays, we don't see Bitcoin having anything to do with AI, if it does then that's what we would have called evolving, if Bitcoin suddenly decide to abandon PoW algorithm for another then that's evolving, Bitcoin doesn't chase hype and trends that shows up in crypto space like other projects, it remains on what it does best.

Ones you know what and what you need to do concerning Bitcoin and how the market moves I don't think re-learning like you said is necessary instead you say that you need to increase the knowledge because you can't start going back to scratch to learn all you know is like doing revision about a particular thing you already know. For me I'd say instead of using the word RE-LEARN it will be better to use expansion of knowledge concerning Bitcoin or whatever the case might be.

I will rather say keep learning about Bitcoin that way most information will be clarified and  wrong information will be discarded. Going through re-learning route might not be the best option because knowledge will revolve around a certain aspect meanwhile there are lots of concept about Bitcoin to cover and many of which will require in-depth study to grasp and uncover the underlying information in them.

If you have correctly understood the fundamental basic and you correctly understood it I don't think there is any reason for you to relearn again, you can from here continue to build on what you know which is the fundamental basic.
Learning never stops so you are going to always continue to develop your Bitcoin knowledge learning correctly things that are new or things that's you did not know about before.
I don't see any point relearning anything about Bitcoin if what you learnt before is the correct thing.

If you are already get a solid understanding of bitcoin fundamental I don’t see much reason to go back and relearn  everything from scratch the basic are meant to give you a strong foundation and from there you keep building your knowledge.

Are you sure you know what re-learning means? Re-learning simply mean learning something again after many years, Let's take for instance you are re-learning French language after many years, IMO I don't see any point re-learning Bitcoin after many years.

According to you OP,  the Bitcoin ecosystem keep expanding and innovating,  then continuous learning is essential for users to stay informed about the new technology,  security practices, opportunities and potential risks, not re-learning as you said.

People with bitcoins stored safely in their non custodial wallets years ago still have their bitcoin safe, while they don't have to move their bitcoins to Segwit or Taproot compatible wallets.

They can do this if they want, but it's not mandatory, and like recent discussions about technical changes for adaptation to quantum computer threats, it does not affect safety of our bitcoins in our wallets at the present. It's not like a mandate need of learning about these things now, so no actually big learning stress.
